(Expect deviations from the canon. This will be an AU world.)
A man dressed like an office worker in black suit with a face that put even supermodels and celebrities to shame. He sat in front of a computer, on his desk with a bored and annoyed look.
"Tsk. Why do I have to get assigned to such a boring person?" The man then leaned on his office chair and sighed.
He heard the sound of muffled chuckle. He peeked over to the desk next to him and saw another man with the exact same appearance as him except with different clothes. A white suit with an expensive diamond watch and platinum ring fitted with plenty of gemstone.
"What are you laughing at, Eric?"
"Hahaha. Me? Nothing. Hahahaha." The man covered his eyes and laughed for another minute before he stopped.
"Fuck you, Eric." The one in the black suit cursed but didn't nothing more than staring at his coworker with jealousy.
How could he not? Assigned to a good Host that completed many achievements and now a very successful man unlike him with his Host that barely does anything.
"That's why I told you not to pick those from triple digit and below. They are strong, sure. But that also means they will not need their System much." The one in white suit named Eric said. "Look at yourself bro. Almost 3 years and you can only afford living. Look at me, I'm rich and successful."
The one in black suit could only stay silent as he had no word to rebuke his coworker. He made the gamble and invest on what he thought is his ticket to success only to realize later when it's too late that he fucked up.
He looked unwilling and on the verge of tears. He also wants to be successful like Eric. To afford luxury, to afford a vacation twice a year and most importantly, to stop living paycheck to paycheck.
He kneels on the ground and grasps Eric's clothes.
"The hell man? I am not the one responsible for your bad luck. You reap what you sow when you gamble on that Host you choose." Eric was a little startled by his friend's action.
"I know. I know it's my fault. But please help me Eric. We are friends right? We graduated from the same university. I used to help you do your assignment too. So, please help me just this once. I-" Eric stopped his friend's begging and pulled him up from the floor because they were causing a commotion and others in the office were staring at them. But he stubbornly clings to Eric's leg, hugging it with all his might.
"Promise me you will help me first."
"Fine, I promise. I promise alright, so stop embarrassing me already." Eric made a promise and his shameless friend finally let go of his leg.
Eric sighed in relief and told him to sit down as they talked.
"I will only help you this time alright." Eric then instructed him to use his computer while he was doing the explanation.
"So, you remember that the only way we can earn a bonus other than our basic wage is if our Host uses the System right?"
"Yeah. It's basic knowledge." He replied.
"Right. That's the gist of it. But there are differences depending if it's a regular function, quest, achievement, etc. But that's not important for you right now." Eric said and ordered him to access the System Administrator Privilege. "What you urgently need is your Host to use the System as much as possible."
"How?" He asked as he had tried numerous methods to do it but failed.
"Simple. Put him into an environment where he will be forced to use the System regardless if he wants it or not." Eric replied with a smile and thumbs up.
"But, what if the Host gets angry? Mike from the fifth floor just got killed by his own Host you know? I get chills whenever I read about that news." He shivered but didn't feel pity for Mike at all because he had it coming for making his Host miserable for the sake of getting rich quick.
"Well, don't think about Mike. He had it coming by forcing his Host through all that abuse." Eric spat when mentioning that foul person's name. "You just have to keep it in moderation, man. That's all I can help with. The rest is on your own." Eric bid him farewell before he escaped.
He left alone, staring at his computer while thinking about Eric's last words.
"If I keep it in moderation, I should be alright…" He mutters as his hand rapidly inputs commands on the keyboard.
When it's done, he stares at the Enter key to execute the command. He exhales out to calm his mind.
"I'm sorry, Leo. It's nothing personal. I have bills to pay and mouths to feed." He mutters as he remembers his cats at home that will starve if he can't make due this month and taps the key without anymore hesitation.

In the city of Orario, Leo was making a trip to the Market south west of Orario to sell Pure Adamantite Ore he made with his authority and buy Oricalchum that he cannot make with his authority because Oricalchum isn't a natural resource even in a dungeon. Instead, it's a monster drop.
"Leo, I want to eat Jagamarukun." Ophis said while salivating on his head.
"We will after I'm done in the Market. So, please wait a bit more and stop drooling on my head." Leo sighed and cursed he had to be the one incharge of taking care of Ophis on the same day he had to run an errand.
Usually, Pandora is the one taking Ophis out and satisfies her cravings for food.
"Okay!" Ophis nodded and obediently sat on his shoulder while Leo navigated through the crowded Market filled with foreigners from outside of Orario buying the produce made by inhabitants of Orario.
Or that was what he last remembered before he found himself in an unknown place.
Leo looked around and tried to move his body but he felt his arms were incredibly heavy and unable to move. He was sitting on an empty monorail train while it was moving over the sea as all he could see outside the window was a blue expanse of ocean and a white sky with a setting sun.
"Only you can free us from this twisted and distorted fate…"
Leo heard a voice and his eyes darted around until he saw a girl on the left. She was wearing white uniform that resembles more of a military uniform and Leo noticed some blood on her cheek and her uniform.
"...and find the choice that will lead us to a new reality."
Leo tried to speak but even his throat refused to make any voice. He felt his body frozen into a statue as he was forced to watch and listen.
"So, Leo sensei. Please…" The latter part becomes inaudible and turns into a deafening white noise.
"Leo! Wake up! Leo!"
He felt his body being shaken violently.
"Leo!"
Leo recognised this voice. It's Ophis. Maybe he fell asleep? No, that sounds ridiculous because his body no longer has biological needs.
Once he cracked open his heavy eyes, Leo saw a distressed Ophis shaking his whole body while standing on a desk. Quite a comical and strange scene.
"I'm awake, Ophis… also, where are we?" I asked after looking around and this place is definitely not Orario with the futuristic and everything being white and blue theme.
"Don't know. I wake up and see Leo dead." Ophis tried to recall her memories but was more worried about Leo.
"Me dead?" Leo checked himself and saw nothing abnormal. "Are you sure?"
Ophis nodded her head and said, "Leo isn't breathing."
"Ah… Don't worry, I'm not dead. Just in deep sleep." Leo reassured Ophis and placed his hand on her head before caressing her gently.
Remember the part about his body no longer having biological needs? That includes breathing. He only breathes because it's a natural instinct but he doesn't need oxygen at all. That makes Ophis think he is dead.
While Ophis nestled on his chest and calming down. Leo turns to his System.
'Do you know what happened?'
[You were kidnapped and dragged away by someone.]
Anger immediately came to him like a volcano that is going to erupt. To think someone dared to separate him from the people he cared about again.
'Who is it?'
[Don't know. It's useless to try and find her because the person responsible had died. She paid with her life to summon you here.]
Leo's anger subsided a little when he heard what his System said.
'She paid her life to summon me here? For what?' Leo asked but a sudden headache assaulted him as the memory of the dream flashes through his mind.
"Please save us, Leo sensei… Please save Kivotos and the students…"
The final words that he missed because Ophis woke him up earlier suddenly echoed in his mind.
[Well, that's the gist of it. The President wanted you to save the students and the city.]
[Also, apparently you will be trapped here until the mission is done. So… good luck.]
The System went silent, leaving Leo to silently settle in the information. He felt a sudden urge to smash a building which he is conveniently inside one. But he calmed down and breathed slowly and deeply.
'Are you guys here?' The question echoes in his mind.
'Mitama and I am here, Master.' Murakumo answered.
'Yes, Yes. I am here, darling.' Mitama replied with her sweet and cheerful voice.
'I am here too, Leo~' Artemis cooed with a lazy mixed with sultry tone.
Normally, Mitama will immediately start a verbal fight the moment Artemis joins in. But this time, they didn't dare knowing Leo was in a foul mood.
'Good.' Leo nods knowing he has his divine swords with him which is reassuring.
Leo then closed his eyes and connected his eyes to the sun. What he saw doesn't match what he saw through his eyes a moment ago, outside the office window.
Endless dune that stretches as far as the sun could light up. Destroyed building, futuristic building he might add. As if WW3 took place in this world. He connects his eyes to the moon and the same thing he saw previously. A destroyed world. But he caught a glimpse of some light in the dark region lit up by the moonlight. So, the world isn't totally destroyed yet.
But that raises the question… where is this city located? Also the name… Kivotos. He recognises that word because he gained Greek language from killing quite a lot of Greek Gods. The meaning is an Ark.
He can feel a foreboding feeling. A destroyed world and a secret city that look like utopia and conveniently named Ark in Greek language.
"We demand to meet the President!"
"Yes. You cannot keep hiding her anymore, Vice President. Kivotos need her right now or the city will fall."
"Please move or else we will storm the President's office by force."
It seems like an argument is taking place outside the office door demanding to meet the person who brought him here. From the sound of it, Kivotos is in quite a danger.
After a few more rounds of arguments, the people outside finally storm into the office but don't find the person they were looking for. Instead, they found someone else.
Ophis rouses up from her nap after being rudely woken up but Leo rubs her head and calms her down before she gets angry and wrecks this place down.
"He-"
"Sensei! You are Leo-sensei right?" The taller girl with elf-like long ears and great curves hugged by her white uniform, interrupted Leo and quickly marched to the desk.
"I'm not sure about the Sensei part. But I am Leonis Ashford or Leo for short." Leo nodded and introduced himself.
"There is no mistake. You are definitely Leo sensei. It's great that you are finally here." The girl said before straightening herself. "I am Nanagami Rin, the Vice President of the General Student Council."
"I know you are probably confused after being summoned here. But please bear with me for now. We, Kivotos, need your help urgently right now to restore order to the city." Rin shifts to her business-like manner and addresses the pressing matter that Leo has no idea of.
Then before anyone could react. A loud explosion came from outside the building. There is no doubt there is a pressing matter to address above the city if an explosion is going off outside which definitely is not fireworks for some kind of celebration.
The other four girls with halo in different uniforms and all carrying firearms for some reason, are curious about the halo-less adult sitting at the President's desk.
"I am afraid I have to reject your request. I was kidnapped and brought here by your President without any explanation and now expect to clean up her mess?" Leo said calmly while gauging everyone's reaction. "Returning to my family takes precedence over dealing with your mess unless you can send me back, which I doubt."
The four girls already start whispering at the back while Rin is having difficulty giving a response. After all, how do you expect a kidnapped person to cooperate?
"I… I apologize, sensei. I was unaware of the President's arrangements. But Kivotos is in grave danger. Without your help, millions of students and residents will be affected." Rin gives an emotional speech, pulling the moral card against Leo. "We will do our best to assist your return later, sensei. But please help us save Kivotos first."
"Assist with my return?" Leo frowned. He can feel Rin is genuine with her words to help him even though she does not have the capability.
"Forget it. I cannot return unless I finish the task your President left for me." Leo stood up from the chair and walked over to the window and looked down at the city. He was taken by surprise at how futuristic it looked. As if he is in a sci-fi movie.
Rin instantly looked relieved as if a giant boulder was removed from her shoulder.
"Then, sensei. Please recapture the Sanctum Tower and restore order to Kivotos." Rin requested.
Leo looks at the tower in the distance that has a beam extending up to the sky with a few rings of halo surrounding it.
[Oh right, I forgot to tell you. Your Authorities will be sealed and your strength is reduced to peak human level for the remainder of your stay in this world. Bye.]
Leo's thoughts to use his superior power level to bulldoze through this task were instantly shattered by the reminder. He sighed and turned to Rin.
"Do I just need to secure the tower?"
"Yes. Well, no. Actually, there is a device you need to access to regain the authority over the infrastructure of Kivotos." Rin quickly explains to Leo about the tablet called Shittim Chest.
"So, I just need to grab that thing. Well fine." Leo nods and promptly leaves the office to get this thing done.
It took a moment before Rin registered in her head what Leo just did.
"Wait, sensei. Are you going on your own? The street is currently filled with delinquents wrecking havoc and a halo-less person like you will be in immense danger." Rin chased after Leo and stopped him but before her hand could touch Leo, it was slapped away by a smaller hand.
"Don't touch Leo." Ophis glares at Rin and being territorial, defending Leo from the unknown woman that is involved with Leo's kidnapping in her eyes.
Rin was intimidated by the glare and surprised she would be intimidated. She can't help but be curious as to who this girl is for Leo. Daughter is close because of their appearance. One is an adult and the other is a very young girl. But their appearance is nothing similar.
"I apologize for my rudeness, Miss. But I cannot permit sensei to march out on the street with the current state of Kivotos without protection." Rin coughed and then glanced at the four girls on the side that immediately stop whispering when attention is on them.
"Why are you looking at us like that?" The purple haired girl flinched before becoming wary and defensive
"Well, it's awfully convenient that we have representatives from various academies present right now." Rin said while pushing her glasses that suddenly turn white from light reflection. "Well, didn't all of you want the order to be restored in Kivotos? Then please aid Leo sensei to recapture Sanctum Tower." Rin presents the temporary solution to their problem.
"Well… in that case. I will temporarily join forces with sensei to recapture the Sanctum Tower." The purple haired girl said after some hesitation and oddly, she looked embarrassed when Leo was paying attention to her.
"I am Hayase Yuuka from Millennium Science School and the Treasurer of Seminar." The purple haired girl introduced herself. "Leave the front to me. I can deploy barriers to protect myself."
Next, the golden-eyed blond with an elven ear introduced herself. "I am Hinomiya Chinatsu from Gehenna Academy. I am a medic so don't worry about getting injured. But I hope no one gets injured in the first place."
Next the fallen angel girl with red eyes and long raven black hair introduced herself. "I am Hanekawa Hasumi, Vice President of the Justice Realization Committee. I wield a sniper rifle and have anti-armor capability."
Lastly, is another red-eyed girl with long white hair. "Morizuki Suzumi of the Vigilante Corp." She briefly introduced herself.
"Well, since sensei is an adult from outside of Kivotos. Leave the fighting to us. Leo sensei just need to follow behind us." Yuuka arranged the battle formation already and excluded Leo from the fighting force.
Rin came forward and hand Leo her handgun and two magazines of ammunition.
"This is for your self-defence, Leo sensei. Unlike the students. You do not have the resilience like them and a stray bullet is fatal for you. So, please refrain from participating the battle and commanding them from the back only."
Leo look at Yuuka first and then the rest of the volunteers before Rin and the handgun. It irked him that he was dismissed as weak which technically he is because his power is sealed for absurd reasons. But that didn't mean he is helpless and have to hide behind some girls.
"No need. I have my own." Leo refuse and instead an ornate flintlock pistol appeared in his hand. The gun look like something one would see in the museum which understandably made the girl doubt it's usefulness. But this very same pistol can load Zeus's Master Bolt and shoot it as a bullet as powerful as a thousand Hydrogen Bombs.
Well, now his authorities are sealed and he can only shoot bullet made from magic but still more powerful that an anti-material rifle if he load enough Mana.
"Well, if that is want Leo sensei want." Rin shrugs. "Anyway, let's begin the recapture of Sanctum Tower."
The girls nod before looking at Leo expectantly, hoping he would be capable of giving command in battle because he is Sensei after all.
Thus began Leo's journey as Sensei of Schale at the academy city of Kivotos.
