As Leo arrived in Underworld, he immediately went to the Phenex mansion to find Ravel and Mittelt. But to his surprise, there is a large crowd of people and an event going on.
Leo felt a chill and immediately slipped into the mansion while evading the numerous guards outside.

"Today is a great day. We all gather to witness the union of two noble families, the Phenex and Astaroth!. May the Devil race be blessed with prosperity."
"Cheers"
"Cheers!"
In the center of attention is Ravel Phenex in wedding dress who stood lifelessly like a puppet on a string as most ignored her and instead gathered around the current heir of the Astaroth clan, Diodora Astaroth.
Diodora greeted the guest and received congratulatory words from other clan lords. Then he gives Ravel a glance and notes she isn't making a scene. He returned to the guests, satisfied and continued socializing.
'I was right to jump off that sinking ship. Who I knew from the start that the blood he offered is suspicious. With the sole Phenex in the Underworld within my grasp and the previous heir dead. My position will be unshakable.' Diodora thought behind the fake smile he was showing.
Looking to the other side, Diodora spots Rias and Sona. "It's a shame I couldn't get them instead." He mutters and takes a glass of Champagne from the servers wandering around the banquet hall.
Suddenly, he felt a burst of Holy Power from underground. Other guests also sense it.
"Tch, that Fallen. Should have killed her long ago." Diodora grumbles as signal one of the Astaroth's house servants in disguise to take care of the matter.
He taps his wine glass with a cutlery he found nearby to grab everyone's attention.
"I apologize for the disturbance. It's an accident from one of my peerage members." Diodora calmed the crowd which worked because his peerage consisted of excommunicated nuns.
But a second later, an explosion took place and a terrified scream followed before another explosion tore off one of the walls.
The crowd panicked and the three Satan attending this ceremony acted immediately to check the disturbance. However, there isn't a need to identify who is the troublemaker because someone else did it for them.
"Leo!" Rabel's voice echoes through the hall as Diodora turns to his soon to be wife and then the man that broke the wall.
"Impossible! The man killed him! How is he alive!" Diodora panicked.
The only reason he could control Ravel is because Leo was announced dead and all her hopes were stripped of her. That's why Diodora could convince and brainwash her.
"Leonis Ashford… How are you alive?" Sirzech, who stood in Leo's way, asked. He was also one of the few that verified that Leo was dead. Yet here he is, still alive and stronger than before.
Instead of answering Satan Lucifer's question. Leo ignored him and told Mittelt to walk out behind him to grab Ravel.
"You will not walk out of here alive, Leonis. Your crime against the Devil race is unforgivable. Because of you, half of the Devil were killed on that day." Sirzech flared up his Demonic Power to intimidate Leo. Serafall and Ajuka did the same. The only reason they didn't immediately attack and arrest Leo is because they are wary of Ophis.
But Leo remains unphased. In fact, he didn't really feel threatened by the three Satan that are also two Super Devils. Instead, he looks at Diodora and the Astaroth house's servants trying to stop Mittelt from approaching Ravel.
"Come, Futsu no Mitama."
A plain yellow katana appeared in his hand, radiating powerful divine power that shocked everyone. The sword vibrates as if excited to be used and he points the sword at the insects before a powerful lightning bolt soon crashes through the ceiling and burns them to death.
"Kill him! He is too dangerous to be subdued!" Sirzech made a quick decision after seeing Leo kill a dozen Devils with ease.
Ajuka is also enraged because Leo just killed his niece in front of his eyes. He creates a powerful barrier to restrict him but all Leo does is touch the barrier and it shatters effortlessly.
"He took over my magic!" Ajuka was startled how Leo just overridden his control of his magic and broke it.
"All I want is to take Ravel and Mittelt away. If you still want to fight then prepare yourself because I will not show any mercy." Leo warned.
But, none of the Devils heed his words. Most guests have already been evacuated, leaving only the three Satans and powerful Ultimate and High Class Devils like Grayfia, Diehauser and Sirzech's peerage.
"Do you think you can escape?" Sirzech said disdainfully as Leo was surrounded.
"Escape? From who?" Leo said before he vanished into silvery mist and reappeared next to Mittelt and Ravel before he opened a gateway using Hecate's authority and let them leave. But he stayed behind. Leo cannot leave yet. If he does, these Devils will constantly pester him. So, his only option is to nip it from the bud.
"Let's leave!" Mittelt stands on the gateway and waits for Leo.
"No. You go ahead." He said and pushed her through before shutting the gateway.
He wondered why the Devils didn't attack him. They waited there like idiots. After he shuts the gateway, they look surprised and then immediately attack.
The whole hall turns into a frozen hell after Serafall releases her strongest magic, hoping to freeze Leo. But Campione has powerful Magic Resistance which renders her attack into nothing more than a cool breeze to him.
"Impossible!" The Leviathan said in shock.
Sirzech then shoots dozens of Power of Destruction the size of marbles that travel at Mach speed at Leo, thinking he probably has artifacts protecting him since he has a divine sword. But Leo simply extended his hand and said, "Devour" as the pellets lf PoD disappeared, extinguished as if they never existed. Then, Futsu no Mitama suddenly supercharged with lightning and he slashed at them, releasing a devastating lightning slash that explodes upon hitting the barrier Ajuka hastily made and explodes, tearing apart the hall and causing the building to collapse.
Before the Devils can reorient themselves, Leo arrived like a ghost and made another slash but his lightning suddenly fizzed out.
"Now!" Diehauser shouts as he disabled Futsu no Mitama lightning.
Sirzech and Grayfia shoot out from the rubbles and attack Leo with their respective power. But the yellow lightning that fizzled out was replaced with blue lightning that is even stronger and explodes like a shockwave that electrocutes the two that dare approach him. Then hundreds of magic casted by Ajuka and several other Devils bombard Leo. But again, Leo uttered the same word "Devour" and those magic aimed at him vanished, replenishing his mana instead.
The Satans start to panic now. Leo is displaying power he never had and never existed before and overpowering them very easily. Not to mention, he hadn't been fighting all out at all. He has been going at a slow pace instead of trying to end the fight quickly.
"Ajuka. Shield them." Sirzech told the green haired Satan before a flash of determination appeared in his eyes as a reddish black aura consumed his body.
Ajuka create a barrier that protects the Devils while Sirzech's PoD Aura cause the earth to shake and quaking from the immense power. Everything turned into dust for being in his mere presence.
The Devils already knew it's their victory. In this state, Sirzech is at his peak of power that lands him on the top 10 list of strongest beings in DxD. However, when they look at Leo. He only stared at Sirzech with indifference and a relaxed stance. He purposely let Sirzech finish his transformation with a bored look.
"HaAAH!" A powerful blast of PoD spread like shockwave through the air and turned everything within his vicinity into wasteland.
"Done? Good. Now it's my turn." Leo grabbed the Katana plucked to the ground but didn't attack. Instead he lifted his hands up. "Mana or Demonic Power. All of them are just components of Magic." He said which confused the Devil's who didn't know what he was talking about until he said that word again.
"O' Magic Devouring Giant. The Bane of the Titaness Hecate. Devour"
Like a black hole appeared, all Mana from the surrounding or the Devils. All of them were sucked dry by the invisible black hole. Meanwhile, Leo's Mana is replenishing at an insane rate until they overflow.
The Devils become horrified. As a race that has high affinity to Mana, they rely on Mana much like humans rely on oxygen, they were choking and dying when Leo deprived them of Mana. They were reduced to nothing more than like a bunch of humans with stronger bodies.
Looking at the katana in his hand lifted toward the sky, they saw dark clouds with yellow, blue and golden lightning cracking and snapping. All it takes is a single thought to exterminate the Devil's race's top fighting force. But a hesitation appeared in Leo's mind.
"I do apologize since it's my mistake you Devils we caught in this tragedy." Leo admits his fault in regard to what the Hunter caused. If Leo isn't here, they wouldn't even have that tragedy. "However, what the Devils did to Ravel and you Satans turning a blind eye on her suffering simply for the sake of 'greater good' sickened me."
"Worry not, I will not harm the rest of the Devil race unless they seek problems first. Good bye." Then Leo drops the katana, making a vertical slash which causes a pillar of condensed lightning to fall from the sky and pierce a 50 meter wide hole on the ground that has no visible bottom.
Or that is what would happen. Instead, the bald head Satan, Falbium Asmodeus appeared out of sudden with an orange aura flare up around him and formed a dome covering the Devils.
The hyper dense beam of lightning crashes against the dome which flickers very intensely as Falbium is forced to his knee, blocking the attack with sweat drenching his head.
"Transfer!"
A gush of power entered Falbium's body and invigorated him temporarily. "HAAAA!" With a powerful roar, he stood back to his feet and blocked the lightning beam. Then he shoots them back at Leo, hoping Leo's own attack can injure himself but the lightning beam simply curved and shot past him.
Leo frowned as Rias and a few Devils arrived with their Peerage.
"What are you doing here, Rias! It's dangerous!" Sirzechs beseeched her to leave but the redhead was stubborn. "No, Onii-sama. We will fight together." As the newly arrived Devils rain down magic at Leo.
"No! Stop!" Sirzechs ordered but it was too late.
"Devour"
Leo's Mana reserve quickly replenishes from half to nearly full as they suck away those Devil's Mana.
"What?!" They all mutter in disbelief.
Meanwhile, in Leo's other hand is a golden lightning bolt. Futsu no Mitama vibrates again to show her discontent that Leo is using another weapon. Coaxing the weapon spirit will be a pain later.
Lightning and thunder brewing in the sky with the appearance of the Master Bolt. The scene is straight out of an apocalyptic movie. Dark clouds cover almost the entire Underworld and the lightning discharging from it is filled with divine power.
"It's Zeus's Master Bolt! How? Did the Olympus finally make a move?" The Devils mutter in disbelief that Leo posses that divine weapon.
Zeus and his personality is known by many. For him to lend his weapon to someone else sounds impossible. Yet, here it is. A man is wielding the same iconic weapon.
"I would spare them at first since they aren't responsible for Ravel's suffering. But if they are coming here on their volition, you can't blame me for this." Leo said to Sirzech who was looking at him at the moment.
"No. No! Move!" Sirzech roared and ordered his body to move. But being drained off his Mana left him powerless to even resist the pressure weighing down on him.
Falbium is already exhausted from blocking the previous attack and is being healed by Asia but it isn't enough. They wouldn't make it in time.
Leo floats up to the sky as lightning gathers around him making him look like the God of Lightning as booming thunderclaps explode within the clouds like wardrum's banging. Then the lightning all sucked into the Master Bolt, supercharging it and creating a very loud buzzing noise.
Leo saw Ajuka use his last drop of Mana that regenerated to send the new Devils away and even use his lifeforce to compensate, leaving him frail and coughing up blood. But he let them. Those younger Devils pose him no threat. At least not immediately.
Then Leo throws the Master Bolt in his hand which arrives instantaneously at the ground and what happens next is a massive dome of energy explodes out from the Master Bolt and produces devastating heat which incinerate everything down to the molecular levels. The dome expanded tens of kilometers wide in all directions before a ground shaking explosion felt from all corners of the Underworld and followed by thunderous soundwaves spreading in all directions.
What is left is a smoking black crater with no sign of life.
Although it pains Leo to kill the Devils because the four Satans are actually good compared to the rest of the Pillar clans. But because they are Satans he has to kill them. To send a message to the rest of the stubborn mules that will definitely order for Leo and the girls to be killed. What he did was plucking the lion's teeths and cutting the lion's claw. To remove the threat in advance.
"Necessary death for their happiness." Leo said, trying to lessen his guilt for killing those who were essentially just doing their job.
Leo then uses another Hecate's authority to add them into the ranks of his Undead Servants before he opens a gateway and toil his exhausted body to leave.

(The last attack is excessive if you consider they are already frail and weak without Mana. But as the title said. It's sending a message. The powerful attack is just to tell the rest of the Devil Council and Bael clan that if they continue messing with Leo, they will be next.)
