"Who is attacking y'all?"
Amaya didn't know how to answer Cale's question. It had only been a week since he had arrived, and Cale's constant point-blank, right-on-the-spot digressions had made her nervous. The things she would tell him when the time came now felt like a knot in her throat.
Amaya closed her eyes and sighed.
"The commander of the army that attacked us introduced himself as the Chaos Lord."
"Chaos Lord?"
Cale frowned. It was the first time since he had come to this world that he had heard of the Chaos Lord from anyone other than himself. He was working for a Chaos Lord in the Black King that Cale didn't know about.
"Yes, there are a total of six Chaos Lords and one Chaos King in this world. But these Chaos Kings are all sealed," she said and looked Cale in the eye.
