Vampires were cold creatures. Many people thought they were immortal because they had a long life span, but there was a way to kill them. It was hard, but they died like any other race. If they didn't eat for a long time, there was nothing wrong with their bodies. But they still ate.
They ate cold food instead of hot food. They consumed blood, but they did not drink blood from other races, as the old clan heads allowed them to do. They mostly consumed animal blood, and they didn't even need to consume the whole blood of an animal. Even a liter of blood was enough for them.
Because the old vampire clan heads and their followers were greedy, their nature was corrupted and they were trapped in a distorted thinking. Their ways had caused other races to see vampires as barbarians.
