Alice felt dizzy when she fell to the ground. She felt nauseous and started to vomit. She tried to regain consciousness for a while as spots flew into her eyes.
"That was awful!" she moaned. "It's so fucking different from teleportation!"
Alice thought all her cells were revolting. But before long the awful feeling began to leave her. She staggered to her feet and turned around but saw no one there but Aqua.
Aqua was as pale as she was, but he was not the person Alice wanted to see. She looked around but could not see the person she wanted to see.
"Where is Cale?" she asked, and Aqua looked as if he didn't understand her.
"Didn't you hear him coming out of the portal?" he asked confusedly, but Alice's brow furrowed.
"I didn't hear what? Cale didn't come out?"
"The portal closed again before Cale could get out," he explained and Alice's face froze and then she started laughing as if she had heard something funny.
