Dante was waiting for the man he had spoken to on the phone outside the city in gang territory. After talking to Douglas Reagon at Cale's request, he waited for a call on the phone Cale had given him.
When two days passed, Dante was disappointed, thinking he would not get a call. That evening, however, he finally got the call he had been waiting for.
Dante didn't talk much to the man on the phone. The man simply gave him a location to pick him up and hung up.
Now Dante was waiting on the outskirts of the city of Armageddon, where mostly people from the lower classes lived, usually with nothing to lose. At the beginning of the stinking street, he saw a hooded man approaching him.
"Let's go," he said, and Dante followed, thinking the man recognized him.
They walked through alleys littered with garbage and junkie people, and into more deserted streets. Dante followed the man into an abandoned building. Together they went upstairs and entered a room.
