Even though Felix came to spend the weekend at home, he didn't leave work behind. After practicing in the training room at the family home, he practiced improving his bow skills.
Everyone else in the elite families at the academy was better than him. Felix had let himself go because he was good with the bow. But now he realized that he had fallen behind many others.
"You missed the target again!"
A cold voice spoke and Felix lowered his bow as he saw the arrow fall far from the target board. Heels clicked on the floor hard enough to pierce his ears as they came to him.
A woman in a gray suit, with hair the same color as Felix's, looked at him with emotionless eyes.
"Mom."
Sabrina Creystone looked at her son Felix with disdain.
"We sent you to the academy so you could improve, but it seems your skills have become even more mediocre."
