"What's all the noise?"
Brendon Igor looked around with a frown as he arrived earlier than expected at the laboratory on the outskirts of Guista City.
He tried to figure out what was going on with the alarms that kept sounding. Seeing him, Ray Beckart quickly approached him and bowed in greeting.
"What's going on?" he asked coldly. "And shouldn't you be in the lab in Guista City?"
"Master Igor has requested that we relocate," he explained calmly.
"I understand, but now are you going to tell me what happened?" Ray Beckart asked petulantly, and after opening and closing his lips several times, he finally answered.
"The Elamine tree was destroyed", Brendon Igor's eyes widened.
"What did you say? How can it disappear? Is that possible?"
"We are not sure how, but the alarm was triggered because the tree disappeared."
