When Soleria fell to the ground, silence fell over the battlefield. No one could believe that the queen of vampires was dead. They waited for her to get up again, but Soleria was already gone.
Cale fell to his knees, blood pouring from his mouth. A fire of rage burned inside him as he stared at Soleria's dead body with bloodshot eyes.
"Your queen doesn't have much power," Edyth said with disdain, and the vampires' surprise vanished, replaced by anger.
"Don't lie!"
"The Queen is not dead!"
The vampires spoke angrily as Edyth looked at them like a child throwing a tantrum.
"Now you will see what will happen if you touch our Queen!"
A vampire swiftly flew towards Edyth and attacked her with its sword-sharp claws. But Edyth killed him instantly. Cale could barely stand up as Edyth killed all the vampires attacking her with one blow.
