"I don't need a master," she muttered under her breath.
Xi feng overheard her words , a sly smile forming on his face. "Oh, really?"
"Who needs an apprentice anyway?" he replied in a calm yet taunting tone.
"If the opportunity arises, I will gladly throw you outside the Devildome."
Aiyu's eyes sparkled with hope at the thought a s she replied, "Wouldn't that be nice? I can go home .
Xi Feng smirked and retorted, walking towards the wall, "Dream on!
"But for now, follow me.
"Hey, slow down!"
she shouted, struggling to keep up with his brisk pace.
"My legs are short, you know!"
"Where are we going?"
"Could you please just be quiet?" Xi Feng snapped.
"Fine," Aiyu replied, miming zipping her lips shut. "Is that better?" Hehe .
Knock knock! Wo Luo, open the door! You didn't tell me where to drop off this 'sheep'," Xi Feng called out.
Aiyu stepped in front of him, offended. "Who are you calling a sheep?"
He lifted his gaze and chuckled, "Well, well, well, looks like you're not as dumb as I thought. Bravo!" With a mischievous grin, he grabbed her by the collar and gently pushed her aside, maintaining his hold.
She squirmed, but his grip was surprisingly strong. "Why are you so annoying?"
He replied in mock confusion. "You're the one who's been relentlessly bothering me, and now I have to babysit you." He rapped on Wo Luo's door, the sound with exaggerated thumps. "Open up Wo Luo !!!!
The door swung open, revealing a groggy Wo Luo with disheveled hair and tired eyes. He yawned and rubbed his temples, clearly annoyed by their interruption. He lazily tossed a pillow towards the door, barely missing Xifeng's head, before muttering a half-hearted command.
"Keep her with you until I wake up," Wo Luo grumbled, "And if you dare knock on my door again, I'll leave a dog in your room and lock you from outside."
Aiyu scoffed, finally managing to wriggle out of his tight grip. She smoothed out her rumpled clothes, glaring at him as she brushed her hands off. "Wondering "what in the world he's trying to do to get rid of me? Honestly, it wouldn't be the worst thing to happen...
Xi Feng suddenly became obedient as soon as Wo Luo spoke, quickly closing his door . Ugh, where should I keep her now?
He asked Aiyu to follow him again, and she reluctantly trailed behind, taking in her surroundings. Everything seemed enchanting to her, until she accidentally stumbled and bumped her head against the wall.
Ouch! She rubbed her sore spot, only to realize that Xi Feng had disappeared in the blink of an eye. "Where did he go?" she muttered, and his voice echoed, "Turn left, you little turtle!"
