Martha had already made up her mind not to deceive him, no matter what her boss says. " We haven't conducted the tests yet" she said. Micheal nodded his head, "don't bother, you heard what that bastard said right". Martha looked down, feeling sorry for him. "Why don't you just cancel the deal. There is nothing you can gain from it anyway" Martha said. "What are you doing, are you setting him free?" Her boss shouted at the other end. Martha ignored him. "You should cancel the deal. There is nothing you can gain from it anymore. Your daughter's kidnapper is going to go to prison very soon too. You've had your revenge." Martha said. "Martha, what the hell are you doing?" Her boss shouted again. "No, l will kill him with my own hands, only then will l have my revenge" Micheal said dangerously. " But he is already in the police custody" Martha said. "Don't you guys want Charles dead?, New deal, a life for a life. I'll kill Charles and you will give that bastard to me" Micheal said. And with that, he stood up and went home . Mr Chen drove to where Martha is. He came out of the car angrily, "what the hell was that?, Were you going to set him free without my permission". "Was everything about those girls false, none of them are connected to him, are they?" She asked instead of replying. "Of course they are not. His daughter is gone a long time ago, where am l supposed to find her?" He said and Martha nodded her . "We just needed something to give him a go ahead, that's why l used the girls. Don't tell me you pity him?" He said while looking at her calculatively. Martha was smart enough not to show any expression and shook her head. "I thought as much. He is just like your parents, he couldn't even protect his own daughter , he doesn't deserve any pity". He said and entered the car. "Remember the plan, if Micheal doesn't kill Charles before sunset tomorrow, kill the both of them" he said in a serious tone. " Yes sir" Martha nodded her head. Then Mr Chen drove away. Martha stared at the car until it disappeared out of sight. She made a deep sigh before entering her car and drove away too.

Charles woke up and found himself in a hospital ward. "Charles you are awake" his mother exclaimed happily. "Mom" he sat up and hugged her. She hugged him tight. "It's okay mom, l'm alright" he consoled her. "Why?, Why is this happening to you?" She sobbed. He consoled her until she stopped crying. " I'll go call the doctor" she said and left the ward . Later she came back with a doctor. The doctor checked him, confirmed that he's alright. "He is okay now, l'll prescribe some medicine for you to use when you get home" he said , "thank you, doctor" the both of them said. "And by the way, do you have any idea about who has been stoning you" the doctor asked. Charles shook his head. "Well, be careful wherever you go " said the doctor. "Thank you , doctor" they both said again.

Micheal woke up early the next day. He had made up his mind to kill Charles for good this time. He did his daily routine and went to Charles's home. As usual , there is no one home. He went to his mother restaurant to find him. "Good morning, ma'am" he greeted her. "Good morning, Micheal. How are you doing" she greeted back. "I'm doing great, ma'am. Thank you for asking. Is Charles here?" He asked. "No , he is at work" she answered while attending to a customer. "When will he be back?" He asked . "He will be back by five 'o' clock, is there something wrong?". " No, nothing is wrong. I just want to talk to him" he answers quickly. " Oh okay, you can wait for him at the green library's roof top. The library is one the fifth street. That's where he usually goes first when coming from work" she said. Actually , Micheal knows that, he has been spying on him after all . "Thank you ma'am" he said before leaving. He went there and waited for hours. He read a few books while doing so. Later at five:thirty, Charles entered the library. Micheal waved his hand at him. Charles saw him waving and quickly approached him. "Hey, how are you?"Said Micheal as Charles approached him. "I'm good and you?" Charles replied. "Same here".
