This must be Hattie. I hadn't realized she's shorter than Sam, or perhaps Sam has grown. Clad in the standard black uniform of the Alexandria Defense Force, she awaits my response.
"You must be Hattie, right?"
"Y-Yes, sir! I was wondering if you could train me or spar with me after Sam and Kyla finish..." Hattie's eyes avoid direct contact, and she seems genuinely shy around unfamiliar faces. Is she truly innocent or merely putting on a front?
