"The Cult? Why are you interested in handling the cult?" A Lieutenant asks.
Christine look at David, signaling her if it's ok to reveal what they have done and discovered and David nodded at her.
"We just came back from investigating the cult and there is something wrong to it. What we visit is only a newly build chapel somewhere in Davao City and believe it or not, we encounter an S-rank awaken."
Everyone is so shock upon hearing her to the point where Mr.Delarosa stood up in his seat.
S-rankers are more than capable of decimating an entire city on their own. And if an unknown cult has them, obviously it's not a good sign.
"I am with her and I witness it myself as well. I don't think that she is the only S rank awaken in that cult. She doesn't seems to be the leader. Aside from that they have several mid-rank awaken in their group. Although we haven't seen it in person but base on my judgement from what we just saw, the cult is certainly capable of awakening people by some means."
"Are they good or are they lunatics?" The Chairman asks.
"Aside from the fact that they don't believe in god but instead believe in the power of the spirits, they look like a good cult although they certainly would not hesitate to use their powers if they feel threaten. They even use the power of awaken to help the people." David said.
"A cult with several awaken in it along with S-rank. Their intentions are certainly not good. There's no need for them to have several awaken unless they plan to use their powers for their own gains." Mr. Delarosa said and the others agreed with him as well.
"A cult like that is certainly up to no good. I doubt if they even register their awakens. If they have not then they are certainly a terrorist cult. Something that we should all be wary of."
The meeting was interrupted once again when someone entered the meeting room bringing documents.

Unbeknownst to him, the secretary of defense ordered the evaluation report of the patient earlier. He wants it to be included in the sudden meeting.
"Don't worry, this video is related to Patient 3, named Maricris and our interview with her. It's something related to cult."
Someone help the investigator, he then leave the work to that person. He face the people inside the meeting room and give each other a document.
"What I was about to show you is the recorded interview of the patient. Since everyone is in a rush, I will instead narrate what happened. You can just watch the clip later if you want to."
He said and he clears his throat.
"According to our observation, Patient 3 is doing well in a place where her mana has been suck out of her body, in short her prison. We observe that everytime she regain mana her mental state degenerates hence becoming crazy. We did an interview on what happened to her and your suspicion about the cult having an ability to awaken someone has been confirmed by her."
Murmurs occupied the room upon the sudden confirmation. Even the Chairman couldn't believe it himself. But David on the other hand expected this possibly already and so he was now thinking of the possible ways of dealing the cult.
"She said that the leader of the cult perform the miracle himself. She didn't know the leaders identity but the people in the cult where calling him Asog Gabriel. The cult was awakening people because they want to be of use to the Messiah. The identity of the Messiah is only known to the higher ups of the cult."
"They are certainly a terrorist cult. We need to do something about it before they increase their military power even more." A Military General of Air Force commented.
"Please wait everyone. I have something to ask to the speaker. Among all the people who were awaken by the cult, are there other people who become insane like her or it's just her? And if there are others, what happened to them?" Christine asks.
"According to Maricris, they put them into sleep in the main Church of the cult. But she didn't know why she was on Davao City rampaging or where the cult base is. The cult make sure that their location is unknown and they use awaken powers to bring people there if they want to."
Everyone look at each other and they are now sure of what their next move is even without saying a word.
The speaker bowed and left the room after giving them the report and suddenly a phone call ringtone rang in the room.
The Secretary of Defense immediately know that the call is his, and the one that is calling him is the President. He made it so that the President call will ring even if he silent his phone.
Mr.Delarosa excuse himself signaling everyone that he receive a call from the President.
David's phone also vibrated. The caller is his brother. David answer the call and excuse himself as well.
"Why did you call? We're in an important meeting right now."
"Bro there are 3 A rank awaken attacking Archie's house. All his family members are here as well. The two awaken in Archie's family wouldn't be able to help in the fight. I need your help. I don't know how long the barrier will last here."
Charlie said in a panic tone.
David immediately feel the sense of urgency. He cannot allow Archie's family to be harmed by any awaken or else, Archie might not be able to control himself and wreak havoc to the entire Philippines just to look for the perpetrator.
"I will come there asap. If the barrier breach, buy me as much time as possible."
David immediately ended the call and go to his Dad and whispered to him what just happened.
The Chairman was shock to hear it, he actually didn't think that someone really has the guts to attack Archie's resident considering Archie's possible retaliation to the perpetrator.
The Chairman was quite relieve that he acted fast and send Charlie to pick them up but at the same time he is worried because he didn't know if the attackers are the cult or are they someone else they didn't hear about.
But the Chairman has one thing that he is sure in his mind. Someone among them is a traitor. Archie's occasional absence in the Philippines is actually unknown to the public. Only people who held important position can get information on when Archie will not be around the country.
"Don't tell anyone about what happen, this is not a coincident. Take care of this matter and bring Archie's family and Ours to Arch Enterprise. Our house is probably not enough to deal with those who wants to kidnap them. Also tell the management of Arch Enterprise to Increase their defense and have the Lich on standby for any possible attacks."
"Understood, I'll go now." David was about to go but suddenly his father grab his wrist and handed him several teleportation scrolls.
"Use this to arrive there immediately. I'll leave everything up to you."
The Chairman look at his sons face seriously. David knows that his father is simply worried so he has to assure him somehow.
"Yes Dad."
David exited the room and he almost bump Mr.Delarosa along the way but he simply ignored him and proceed to an empty place to teleport.
"Where's your son going?" Mr.Delarosa asks.
"Another sightings of the S-rank awaken that they encounter earlier has been reported. He will go there in person to take a look."
"Will you be representing his guild here again?"
"Yes I will. What was the president told you?" The Chairman tries to change the subject as he doesn't want the Mr.Delarosa to dig dipper into David.
"I will talk about it here in everyone." He replied.
Mr.Delarosa drink his water place on his table first before getting everyone's attention.
"Excuse me. Everyone, I just talk to the President right now. The Washington is requesting the 3 S-rank awaken here if Archie isn't available. They confirmed that the revolutionary group has an awaken on their side that can awaken other people as well. Several S rankers are needed to deal with them and they are also requesting help from their allies. The President is force to agreed to their request because if not, the mutual defense treaty will be questioned. The president is hoping that the remaining Hunters here is more than enough to deal with what was about to come."
Everyone listen and Christine who was formerly against being sent to America was force to change her mind. She is knowledgeable enough to know what would happen to her home country if America sees it to be useless.
Her county has a weak presence and its pretty obvious that their options are limited. They have no choice but to abide.
"Also starting tomorrow, Martial Law will be declared. The Hunter Association, Guilds, and Military forces of the Philippines will declare war to the dangerous Light Reformation cult under the order of the President himself. Starting tomorrow, all members of the Light Reformation Cult will be declared as enemy of the state."
