A/N: Sorry for not updating yesterday, I just started my work out and it's killing me.

"Hello Mr. Archie nice meeting you." Said by the awaken female who enter the room that has been translated by the person next to her.
The Brazilian representative enters the room and there are only two of them. One is an awaken and the other looks like a government official/translator.
"Hello, nice meeting you as well. Please take a seat."
The two take their seats and look at Archie.
"You have a lot of representative from other nations coming for you here. Good thing that you were strict when it comes to time, we really are able to talk to you at the scheduled time." The Awaken person said via translator.
"Yeah, I have to be strict when it comes to time since I am dealing with important people. Can we go now to business? Time is running after all." Archie replied and the government official handed Archie a document containing damage report to their country.
"Our country suffers a considerable damage from monster attacks as well as attacks from rouge awakens who destroy infrastructures to loot for foods and other things. We want to make a trade with you instead of asking you for your help and service."
Brazil is the 6th country that Archie talk to. The other nations also suffers from damages cause by public looting that's why Archie isn't shock anymore.
Things like that happened in the Philippines as well, especially in Luzon area but since Archie take care of that area first, the damage has been keep into a minimum.
"Ok, I'll hear you out first." Archie said and the female awakened nodded.
"I can revive the people who died here in the past 1 month by using my skill. I can use it here if you like, but in return we want you to prioritize the restoration of our country."
Archie was shocked to hear this.
"I can revive people as well so I know how hard it is to meet the requirements. Does your skill have any restrictions or not?"
The female shake her head.
"It has no particular requirement only limit. I can only revive people who died in 1 month span. Also I need mana stones and cores to perform it in a large scale."
Explained the female.
"Are you by any chance the one that they called as saint? What is your name?"
"Yes I am. My name is Danica Resare"
Archie was confuse. Although he understand the reasoning why such important figure come and meet him, but why such individual who is said to be the one who played a very important role in the survival of Brazil, doesn't feel that strong at all.
In Archie's assumption, she is probably a C rank awakened.
"Sorry to doubt you but how is it possible for you to revive a lot of people with small pool of mana? Is your control over external sources of mana that great that you can control it in a large scale to perform your magic?" Archie ask to Danica.
"Oh, about that?"
Danica took out her pendant and a sudden burst of energy could be feel in the entire room. The energy is the same amount as what Archie have.
Archie could feel it now. the amount of mana is intense, but he doesn't feel being oppress at it at all like what others feel when they saw him.
"I use a magic item that I manage to acquire in the dungeon to hide my mana since awakened people around me doesn't feel comfortable being near me. But the magic item doesn't conceal it all, there are still some leakage of mana but it's more doable to them."
"I see, awakened people around me feel the same as well but they manage to hold themselves out when being near me because of how I look."
Danica scanned Archie and she nodded.
"You don't look intimidating at all, that's probably why they somehow manage to hold themselves in your presence."
"That what I always hear. Anyways let's return to our topic, the people who died here are approximately around 40 to 50 thousand. Will you be alright reviving that amount?"
"I can do it as long as there is mana stones to replenish me. But in your case, will you be able to restore all the cities that we provided in the portfolio?"
Archie take a quick look at the pictures before looking back at them.
"This is not a considerable damage, this is more than that. I can restore them but you need to provide me with mana stones and you need to provide mana stones for yourself in reviving the decease people here if you want it to be fair."
Archie reasoned out with them.
"Are you putting a value to life? Shouldn't you be happy that I am willing to revive your people here? If it were the other country, they will surely do whatever I ask them to." Danica said.
"Yes they surely do especially if they don't have anything to offer you aside from money. However, my case is different. Only I can restore such huge damage to your country. Only I can prevent you from spending huge amount of money for rebuilding your country. Only I can stop your people to have a reason to ransack houses and stores for loot. You needed me more that I need you. After all people who died here are mostly buried already and majority of them are soldiers who died heroically to save our people. I can defend my self from a scandal by saying that, it is against to the laws of the world to tamper with death. Which is true according to the knowledge imbedded to me when I awaken."
"Are you saying that you are willing to abandon your people? Don't you want those heroes that you were talking about to be revived?"
Archie chuckle.
The people in front of him are clearly trying their best to get as much as benefit to their dealings with Archie. Even trying to coax his conscience and heart just to achieve what they desire. Archie also knew that and didn't ask for too much since everyone in the world is suffering so it's only natural for him to do his part. He just don't want it to do for free, because people who receive free things doesn't appreciate what's been given to them. That's why he is asking these people something in return.
"Hayss... I already save my people and I think what I did is more than enough already. However let me ask you this, are you willing to see your people suffer more by having your economy crumble? How many people do you think will die in your country because of hunger? Will reviving them solve the issue? How long do you think your country will be able to return to its former self? My people here already accepted the fate of their love ones, with or without your revival ability, our country will not end up experiencing the same situation as yours. Now I'll give you options, first is you will walk away from here and look for someone from other nations that is willing to trade to you with what you offer if you somehow manage to find someone and second, you accept my demand which is you provide mana stones and mana cores for everything. Now choose."
Danica listen to her translator and she nodded at her. The two then begun speaking to their language which Archie couldn't understand before Danica look at Archie again and speak.
"We will take the second one. However it will probably take us time to gather enough mana stones for everything."
"Ok, that was a nice trade deal. Please take this printed magic circle and place them to each places that requires my attention so I could teleport there at any moment. And also prepare the necessary magic stones in each one of them as well."
Archie offers his hand and the awaken grab his hand to shake it as well.
"Thank you for agreeing as well. We will try our best to gather enough mana stones and mana cores as fast as possible so both of us can start working immediately."
"The pleasure is mine."
"By the way, off to the topic, did America approach you to ask for your assistance in dealing with the Fenrir?"
Danica ask.
Archie look at the time and they still have 10 minutes left, so he decided to entertain her question.
"Yes they did. However, negotiation is still on going. I will meet with them tonight to talk about that. Are you going to participate the subjugation request? I am sure that they also knew that your ability is crucial to win the fight."
"Yes, I know that I am crucial to the survival of the Hunters and Awakens who would participate the battle. But I saw the Fenrir on videos online and I think that even with me around, it would still be hard to fight it. We need people on the same level as us to collaborate and defeat it together. We need someone to give it heavy hitting damage, which I knew that you are capable of."
Danica and the other one stood up, preparing to depart any moment.
"I think the Psychic Mage in America is enough to do that."
"There is still a difference of having you and not having you around. The USA is just lucky that the Fenrir is not moving away from Maryland, but who knows when will it move, that's why every country must join forces with the America to stop the Fenrir from doing possible harm to the rest of the world in the future. Hopefully you will consider my words."
The two left leaving Archie alone with the female helper. He was now thinking deeply on how he should approach the situation.
