Chapter 87 - Empyrean

As the child gathered his senses the cogs of his mind resumed once more, but this time there was no doubt. He was careless of what would come up in his mind to harass him and to make him doubt his own meaning.

He looked through and saw what the clones saw, basically nothing has changed since he was gone... Strange.

Was his time spent just a thought? A dream of sort? No, it was an illusion, time was an illusion.

With a deep breath he noclipped through the floor and appeared in front of the church on level 11. Maybe a bit of rest with some chant would calm his now racing mind, because he already knew there was nothing to worry about.

He slowly walked in there and was met with the angelic hums of only one voice, vibrating through the huge room.

He stayed there for few more minutes until he felt his body going cold, but it wasn't bad - it was calming.

Looking up at the ceiling he got an idea and so he was back in his home to work on said idea.

But there was quite the particular thing after his mental rebirth - he had the will to create a small item for himself that can literally translate his powers into code.

He thought himself of the programmer so it was only logical that he would have something like this to code with.

And so the console WL was created - basically an old looking computer on which a person can write on his own programming language.

It took him about an hour to implement this, a working personal computer. He was having fun with the thought that is simply pulling a desk out of the backrooms with the computer on it, and writing code while fighting... It would be fun,

He felt happy fantasizing, almost like he was slowly ascending while doing so.

With a bright smile, he simply decided to take on this task, happy happy back in the backrooms and simply doing stuff back in the frontrooms when he is needed there.

He became more appreciative of the relationships he had established, since humans now seemed quite charming to him, their motivation, their logic and the opposite - their made up stupidity. It's all just a part of who they are.

He visualized a stair made of clouds, the fresh air and the gentle slow winds blowing at him, he felt like he was in heaven, and he decided to make it.

There was nothing to it, no end, no beginning it was simply heaven's stairway, an infinite expanse of beautiful clouds, painted in shadows and light over the sun in the distance.

He placed a few properties, like a system that teleports the wanderer back to the stairs, but this was mainly for him. It's not like he was going to make this go public.

And so, after a few more adjustments, the infinite climb was on, since he made it impossible to feel pain in the legs or to be tired. Basically infinite cardio with no consequences.

He thought to himself while moving up - Maybe updates soon... Who knows? - And so he shrugged it off and enjoyed the heavenly feeling this level gave off.
