The pleasant murmuring of the water spread around, possessing a natural calming effect. Anyone would immediately have the urge to walk over to the constantly streaming river and enjoy something that could be watched forever - the way the water flowed.
However, that was hardly possible in the Ebonite Forest. A dark mist passed through the dry, creepy trees, bringing only cold and anxiety.
Only the Phantoms, creatures of darkness, felt natural in such an atmosphere. Their lone fear was the light, and they were willing to do anything to prevent the new source from appearing.
"Hmm... Looks like we should have prepared better." Sara muttered with a slight frown.
Near the destroyed bonfire, there were dozens of Phantoms walking around, among them were quite a few aquamarine ones.
"She's right." Freya whispered, speaking into Ethan's ear, "If we get a bigger team, we can handle them."
