A Wendigo is a monster that was born from a starved man. It will be born when an average human gets frustrated from hunger to the extent that it turns into a human eating cannibal. Once they become a cannibal, they become excessively wicked and aggressive in nature. When Pearce saw that this Wendigo is in the Qi King Rank, he immediately told Robert and George "you guys take down the other monsters while I face this Wendigo"
"Ok Captain" both Robert and George acknowledged solemnly as they suddenly dashed forward. When the Wendigo saw that Robert and George were approaching him, he raised one of his eyebrows as he remarked…
"Oh, I can't believe they want to fight back. Well then, let me see how they will handle my attack"
Suddenly, the speck of dark light above the Wendigo suddenly transformed into a brilliant dark colored star as the black qi surrounding the Wendigo become many times more robust. After that, the Wendigo quickly punched twice into the air which made the space to shake violently as two invisible forces charged towards Robert and George.
But both Robert and George didn't flinch as they continued their charge towards the monsters beside the Wendigo. Right before the invisible force could land on the two of them, two dark slash suddenly appeared and clashed with the invisible forces.
Boom!!

The space shook violently as shockwaves spread out across the space. After that, both the dark slash and the invisible forces disappeared. When the Wendigo saw this, his wicked and evil smile grew as he thought 'these people can actually withstand my attack'
"Your opponent is me and not them" Pearce said with a serious look on his face. Right now Pearce's qi has transformed into something that hasn't been seen or known before. The qi now has a dark shade which was transformed by merging both his red qi and his black qi, by merging the two types of qi made the quality of the transformed qi to rise and become nearly as robust as the qi of the Wendigo.
When the Wendigo saw how Pearce is right now, disdain suddenly flashed in his eyes as he said "Not bad, you can actually block my attack. Well then, let's see how a Qi Fusion Rank practitioner is going to fight a Qi King Rank monster"
Right after he said that, he quickly dashed towards Pearce with a frightening speed as he prepares himself to battle Pearce in close combat. When Pearce saw this, he quickly created a light screen around him before he poured his qi on his dark colored sword.
When the Wendigo appeared in front of Pearce, he landed his black qi imbued punch on Pearce's light screen. Although it repelled the punch, it also disintegrated right after. But the Wendigo didn't stop there as he sent another punch at Pearce.
But by then, dark sword qi suddenly erupted from Pearce and landed on his sword as he swung it while he muttered..
"Sword Rain"
Suddenly, many sword suddenly appeared from Pearce's sword qi which is all around Pearce and even the Wendigo as they all swung towards the Wendigo along with the sword in Pearce's hand.
Bang!!
There was a loud bang as the space around Pearce and the Wendigo were on the verge of being split apart from Pearce's sword qi. Not only that, after a prolonged clash between the Wendigo's qi imbued punch and Pearce's spell, the former was surprisenly forced back.
When the Wendigo saw this, his face became frightening as he spoke in a menacing tone "How dare you force me back, now you die!!". Right after, the Wendigo's hands suddenly began bringing out claws as the black qi suddenly rise in quantity.
When Pearce saw this, his face suddenly became grave as he quickly put away his sword. Right after, two white sabre's quickly appeared in his hands. Suddenly, the Wendigo dashed into towards Pearce as a shadow of a wolf appeared behind him and ontop of the dark star.
As soon as Pearce saw him dashing towards him, a formless aura slowly came out of him as he muttered slowly.
"Divine Spell: Sabre Arts"
Right after, Pearce suddenly turn into a dark and red beam as he dashed towards the approaching Wendigo. While he was approaching the Wendigo, a silhouette of a giant python appeared above him as it showed his fangs.
Boom!!
What happened next is both Pearce and the Wendigo quickly crossed paths and suddenly stopped as their backs were facing each other. There was an eerie silence for a few seconds before the Wendigo spoke in a horrified tone…
"How did you do–"
But unfortunately, he couldn't finish his sentence as he suddenly explode and turned into ashes. Right after that, Pearce put away his sabre's as he slowly huffed to catch his breath.
«You need to recuperate. You nearly used up your qi in this battle»Di Kun suddenly said in a worried tone. But Pearce just slightly shook his head as he replied in a light smile…
«Don't worry, I will be fine»
«Well I will slightly be happy if you die since I will have a new body to reemerge into the world» Di Kun slowly said with a evil smile on his face. When Pearce heard what he said, he suddenly had a chill going down his spine as he thought…
'i expect nothing else from a old monster'
"Captain, we have cleared out the remaining monsters" Robert suddenly spoke as both him and George approached Pearce.
"Good, let's go and see how Veronica and Hutton are doing" Pearce said as he quickly dashed towards where Veronica, Hutton and the rest of them were. While on the way, Goerge suddenly asked Robert in a low voice…
"Did Captain kill the Wendigo? I can't see his body anywhere"
"If the Wendigo isn't dead, then do you think our Captain would be here right now?" Robert asked back with a straight look on his face. When George heard this question, he blink for a few moments before he said…
