In the present time, Magnus who had been soaring up on the sky with his midnight wings slowly flew downward and retracted his wings when his shoes had reached the dusty marble floor of the Vernon Mansion. He looked around the place, seeing something moving from the corners of his eyes but didn't reacted on it as he knew what had been following him ever since he had entered the mansion wasn't someone or something dangerous.
He spoke, "I am glad to see you, Miss Solina."
The ghost however didn't speak.
Magnus had the ability of seeing spirits but he doesn't believe they are spirit. Most of the time it was an image of the person before their deaths. They couldn't speak nor haunt, they are simply bound to the place where they had been killed and would usually only stood there in front of him. But Solina's ghost was rather different than the rest of the ghosts he had ever seen.
