Estelle then walked briefly away from Mavis, followed by Sophia. She turned to see Gideon smiling and bowed her neck slightly, "Thank you for your help, Sir Gideon." She would have thanked Rohan too if he hadn't brought Mavis away from the magistrate house and seemingly have an even louder bicker with Mavis than she did earlier.
"It's nothing," Gideon answered, "I was merely standing here to finish my test when I saw what happened. You should be careful, Lady Estelle. Lady Mavis is a very jealous person, especially when she saw you having everything she doesn't."
Estelle sighed, knowing what Gideon had meant, "I didn't want to see her either."
Sophia scoffed, "She was the one who kept following Estelle."
