The wait lasted around half an hour. Magnus had in fact came on time but the elders decided it was better to have the Lord wait for them, as if by doing so it would show the Lord his position. They wanted to tell him that the Church isn't something the Lord could control and no matter what he is only a noble with a title while they are the one who had protected the land with their flesh and blood.
Magnus yawned as he entered the room. The two knights who had opened the door could only look up, wondering if it was right as they remembered Magnus being slightly shorter than now. As if something had happened, his aura and his height had changed. He was physically bulkier as if he was hiding himself all this time.
When Tuesday followed him, one of the knight stopped him and muttered in an apologetic tone, "My apologies, the elders only instructed for the Lord to enter alone."
