The Saintess was taken aback upon listening to the words said by the person bearing the same face as her. The silence was for a long time that made a brief space for people to wonder if the Saintess was shocked and began to rethink of the Goddess's choice that had killed a poor child for a mistake they didn't do.
Isabelle, the twin stared at the Saintess who seemed to be in a brief state of ponder.
"So?" The saintess's voice appeared and it was blunt as a cold sharp icicle. "What difference does it make?"
Isabelle was startled and backed away as if she had just seen the most disgusting bug her eyes had ever laid on. Even when she talked to the nightly creatures, Isabelle had never shown such intense hatred but toward her own sister whose blood was half of hers, she was beyond horrified to get close.
