He looked at the painting again. This time he has the urge to steal it away but he wasn't sure if he could do so judging by how large it was. No wonder it was a family heirloom by the size but at the same time, Estelle had wanted to see the painting by herself which seemed to be impossible. Though before he had marked it to be impossible, Roland noted every single information he could find from the painting such as the woman inside the portrait, the signature and how the person had namelessly painted the portrait which left no clue as to who the woman inside the painting was.
But he knew who does.

As he then heard footsteps, Roland's ears perked and he went over the window, opening it from inside to escape outside. As he did so he could hear the maid whispering, "This room always gives me the creeps…"
