Elle shut the letters all together, realizing that what Mavis had wanted from her was nothing but anger and accusation. Indeed Estelle had never became friends with another girl before but she doubted that it was normal for someone to became so obsessed and possessive of her friends that if she didn't reply or write her letters that she would grew so mad and angry.
Elle also noticed how Mavis demand her to understand her feelings but never had asked if she was alright in her health and if the reason for her not writing her any letters were due to her own health issues.
Feeling unsettled, Elle decided to push aside the letter and didn't write a reply to it. She doubted there would be any good writing to Mavis of how wrong her actions are right now and thought to cool the emotions down while still sitting down in shock of what she had read from the girl who had called her a friend.
