Seeing her confusion to the news, the butler smiled very faintly, "Lord Magnus dislikes remembering anyone's name. He often uses terms instead. Currently there are seven servants who primarily take care of the castle."
"Let me guess, they are all named after the days of the weeks?" And Elle saw how the butler nodded his head. "But don't you feel odd being called one of the days of the week?"
Tuesday looked at her still keeping the stare, "It is much better than being called numbers, Miss Estelle. Slaves don't deserve being named but the Lord bestowed me one, for that I couldn't be more grateful."
"Well," Elle sang seeing how the butler treasured his name she couldn't say anything else, "I just thought he would have given you a better name."
"That is the best name the Lord could give me. Apart from the servants who share the days names, he doesn't truly remember anyone else's names."
