Elle who had slightly slanted forward to see her reflection even closer to the mirror felt the sudden the urge to fall. She almost choked on her own breath, shocking the rest of the maids. She didn't expect Coco to say the lord's name so suddenly! Especially when she had just had that nightmare!!
Did she somehow got cursed? Was that why for whatever reason Magnus always knew where she was and even came into her dreams?!
"Are you alright, Miss Estelle?" Madam Val inquired. Now Elle noticed the frown of concern on the woman's forehead as if she had truly cared about her. Was it because how they have spent more times together that Madam Val started to look pity towards her?
Elle wasn't too sure but she gave it no further thoughts and instead tugged her dress, "The corset is too tight. I can't eat anything in this state."
