While Elle continued to walk forward, Lady Mavis's eyes studied her carefully. It was difficult to pretend as if she didn't notice the lady's bright red eyes observing each and every corner of her face but at the same time she didn't want to look back at the lady and have an awkward moment of staring at each other.
"I love how you decorate your hair," said Lady Mavis before turning in a wide smile. "I see that you have such a good taste in dressing yourself, Estelle. Not only are your air so elegant the way you bring yourself and your gown is extremely gorgeous."
Elle didn't feel too comfortable being praised, not because she didn't like being said in a good manner, she just feels unused to such high words from someone else. Her smile widened to the sweet Mavis, "I am extremely glad to hear such words from such a lovely lady like yourself, Lady Mavis."
"Mavis, call me just Mavis. Aren't we friends now?" Lady Mavis said while nudging her elbow to Elle's waist.
