Elle who had rushed out of her room took herself to calm down by going near the window. She pressed her forehead to the glass and slowly regulate her own breathing. Holding her hands together and squeezing it tightly she snapped her eyes.
What was she doing?!
Elle gulped. Did she just provoke Lady Gladys?! The woman who had tried to kill her by hiring bandits?!
That was foolish! That was far too foolish, Estelle!
Elle wanted to beat her own self who had daringly spoke to Lady Gladys. But upon recalling the cold gaze and the small smile playing on the lady's lips, Elle submerged in a kind of irate. True, she was far too bold, but that woman had harmed her and then speak with a tone as though she was the one who had owed her something.
Elle felt anger when she see how the lady was nonchalant in threatening her after she had pushed her to danger. Although she was far too bold today, she would do it again to spite that woman.
