Elle looked back at the older brother she had acquired through the slums.
"I know," Estelle smiled, "But running away won't solve any problem. I promised I will not come home with any wounds."
"Ugh stop," Timmy rolled his eyes, "You keep jinxing yourself since you were young."
"I know, I know," she chuckled when suddenly she feels Timmy wounding his arms around her shoulders, tightening his hug as he seemed to be relishing all his worries and sharing his leftover lucks to her. Upon releasing her, he turned to see Magnus who was watching them.
That red eyes of his was always unnerving even to Timmy who knew Lord Magnus wouldn't be harming them. Regardless that crimson pair of eyes today seemed to be more complicated upon seeing their hug. It was jealousy and envy.
However Magnus managed to train his gaze, an action that so many nobles of his position wouldn't be able to do so willingly.
