Estelle can see the extent of Magnus's uncaringness to how the place was haphazard and akin to a pigpen. She knew it because Magnus himself is a very tidy person. He dislike anything that was too untidy and he would have usually cleaned the place by his magic but he didn't seem bothered to touch or waste his magic to the dirty cave.
The place was dusted. She wondered how long has it been since anyone ever came here.
"This place is…" she whispered.
"He likes it this way," Magnus responded. "The painting is somewhere down there," He stared at the dirty floor and looked with narrowed eyes.
He was disgusted.
She can tell with his aversion to even step into the ground. He dislike dirtiness so it was understandable. Especially when she can see small animals hiding behind the items.
