Elle shuddered. She couldn't understand if there was a human capable to kill their own parents. Perhaps it could happen if the parent had somehow done the same violence to the child. But the child, so young, kill not only his own mother but also the future younger brother that was still inside his mother's belly.
Elle couldn't believe the little psychopath in Old John's story was her own father, Count Arthur who had presented himself to be the great kind man he was not.
Elle shivered again as she imagined how her grandmother fell and broke her neck somehow imagining the small Count Arthur in the corner of her eyes smiling wickedly as his plan had succeeded.
