Taken aback, Miss Gallahan seemed to be extremely surprised by Mavis's words. She looked at the girl again whose hands were smooth and pristine, showing the fact that she hadn't lifted anything other than a parasol her entire life. She questioned if the girl could handle anything, even if she is a vampire, not all spoiled girl like Mavis would be able to survive under the pressure of being a church member.
Almost instantly, Miss Gallahan disagree with the idea but she didn't allow the thought to come immediately on her expression as she didn't want to offend either Rohan or Mavis whose eyes were gouging her entire face.
"I see, I understand where you are coming from since indeed I am still searching for someone to fill that position of being my partner," Miss Gallahan said with a smile before looking at Mavis to assess her. "I am glad to know you, may I have your name, Miss?"
