Xyriel tilted his head, asking, "You don't?"
I nodded, "No, as someone who has been the subject of many rumors, I've learned not to wholeheartedly believe most of them. Some stories are clearly exaggerated, and it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth."
"But Duke Sebastian was truly insistent, and I despised the way he attempted to seduce you with those piercing eyes. I wanted to give him a piece of my mind, but I refrained," I continued.
