Thinking quickly to explain the situation, Xyriel responded, "Princess Zinnia has been exhausted lately with her workload. She sought a quieter place to rest due to renovations causing noise in the palace. She asked to stay in my room temporarily for some peace and quiet."
With arms crossed, Duke Arthur shifted his gaze back to Zinnia, pressing further with his inquiry, "It doesn't seem fitting for the Princess to lodge in your chambers, Xyriel. Moreover, our conversation here is getting rather loud. Why hasn't she stirred awake yet?"
