The moment I thought that the hands holding mind squeezed really hard. Even the arms wrapped around my waist began to crush me in a bear hug. Trying my best not to show any discomfort, I replied, "It's okay. I am tired, see you in an hour."
We were about to leave when Amari stepped forward, "Mother, please allow me to do it instead."
Zanele once again made her Hollywood smile as she nodded, "That helps a lot my son. Thank you, please bring them to the guest house, out back."
"Yes, mother."
Amari then gestured for us to follow him. Mia tagged along. When we left Zanele I noticed that none of the African's were moving. They almost look like mice waiting for a cat to leave.
When we got a bit farther, Amari opened up and began explaining.
"Please do not think too badly of the Soldat's everyone. Majority of the Sub-Saharan countries are nomadic in nature. Forging blood ties is the norm and a role given to our most attractive Reapers."
