As the M60's iconic ratatat echoed in Hellsgate, 7.62×51mm NATO rounds hit the shadow I was tracking. Unfortunately, the unease I felt didn't disappear. {Mage} had {Perceive}, {Aim}, {Snipe}, and the components for {Sight}, {Expose}, and {Counter}, yet I saw little.When it came to being able to analyze an opponent and hurt them, this configuration was the best. And yet, my eyes could not find Zach amidst the smoke, except for a vague outline.I crammed all the kinetic energy I tanked from his strikes into the bullets of the M60. I currently had ball rounds in, but with {Counter}, they might as well be armor-piercing rounds.Ammunition was generally separated into categories. What changed was not how the bullet flew but what it was made of and its purpose. All guns, from pistols to sniper rifles, followed these bullet types. They defined their roles.
