The next morning, my head was banging and the ray of sunshine wasn't helping. I rolled over and my naked body hit the floor then it all came back last night
I still felt weak and dizzy, l stood up and fell back to the ground. Then my door creaked open, l quickly pulled my duvet to cover myself and hermes came in
"Good morning Miya " He said with a serious face
Her dropped the tray on my bed side stool and brought it's content to me on the floor
Some pills and a glass of lukewarm water.
"This should help"
I took them without any questions
Her helped me up and the duvet slipped
I felt shy
Her stared helplessly
"About yesterday...."I started
" we should not have done that. I was drunk" He blurted
I was offended, how could he blame it on the alcohol! Did he not feel anything else?
I stood speechless
Maybe he needed another start
One without the alcohol
I sat beside him
" l think you are a really wonderful person" l said flirty
"we really should not be doing this" He said clearly wanting me
I kissed him regardless
His mouth spoke in a different language from his body
The kiss was his cue
He grabbed me and pinned me to the bed
It was another excruciating painful yet wonderful moment
This went on for 45 minutes
After which he just put on his clothes and left
" your mom's plane would land soon, l need to get there before it does. Prepare something for her to eat, she would be hungry and watch the kids" He instructed and left
I felt used
Like some sort of whore
My heart cracked a little but It wasn't breaking this easy
With my dizziness gone, l took a shower and went to prepare brunch
Hermes really liked spaghetti and meatballs so l was going to make that
I first attended to my siblings before heading to the kitchen and everything was set just at the perfect time
Mom looked like she had lost some weight and pale too
She had cut her hair shorter and her eyes looked different
She was silent all through the meal and nobody dared say a word
It was like Lucy had died all over again
After brunch, hermes excorted her to her bed room and just like that
Our moment was gone
