Aroxin:
when i opened my eyes slowly i was on bridge , wait what... , on bridge!, how!. Beacuse all i can remember was i was on my bed sleeping soundly , after completeing assignments . I looked around the bridge , an old one for sure , but to my surprise, it was in middle of forest . Forset more denser than Amazon rainforest. "Is there anyone? " i asked looking around the bridge. I took a step ahead to lean on railing of wooden bridge to see down . With cracking sound of each of my step i cautiously moved towards bridge railing . I leaned to see what , nothing !, bridge was in mid air my breath hitched when i realised i cant escape now . " Help plz , help !!" I shouted just to hear my echos back , not the soothing nothings my friends used to told me . I leaned against raling and closed my eyes trying to calm my racing heart . With a strong voice of thunder, that nearly gave me heart attack light flickered and rain deluged brigde in rage , maybe bcz of my presence ,. I moved on bridge looking around for shelter but to my badluck strong strom was making wooden bridge creap like a child cradle . My hairs were soaked clothes damped, my worst nightmare . I always hated stromy nights , Jessica always told me not to worry when she's with me but what about know , she's not here i must worry , bcz now my life depends on it. There's no one to save me . I sat on edgeof cradling bridge , burying my fave in my arms , i cried not in pain , but bcz i never thought life would end like this . I can't remmber how mamy hours i was there on bridge crying , as my lashes grew heavy and i drifted to unconsciousness.
I heard voices of some animals ,Wolves? Maybe . I slowly opened my eyes, and looked around, to what, to find myself in a forest , not on bridge where i was as long as i can remember. How i came down there ? Was there someone else two ? , i was lost in thoughts as i looked up on sky and my breath caught in thoart . I saw sun and moon both in sky, at same time . "How's it possible " i mumbled , still prossesing what I'm seeing . I Rubbed my eyes to clear my vision thati thought was due to previous crying.
But to my surprise it was reality it was there the moon and the sun at same time .
I looked around me taking in my surroundings, none other than bushes and tall thick trees . I lifted my weight and slowly moved ahead , as sun begin to set . I looked at sky that now only contained Moon . As if sun has prefered moon's scars over it's beauty and decided to walk away .
" is there anyone , " i asked , my voice echoing through silent forest as no one responded . I didn't lose hope and continued my journey as i felt someone rush pass me . I turned around in swift motion " who's it ?" I asked , but there wasn't anyone. I processed surrounding for any sign of human , finding none i turned back and continued my journey.
" You're tierd,Aren't you?" A cold , authoritative voice came from behind as my steps frozed in mid air. I could feel it's steady gaze on my back . I slowly turned around saying " who are you ?" As i turned there wasn't anyone, no one . I looked around in confusion.
"Don't be confused, you haven't even seen me ... yet " a voice again came but this time i can't quite place the direction . I looked around saying
" What are you ?"
"We're same " he replied coolly .
I looked around trying to figure out direction of his voice as he spoke again this time mockingly " can't find me , be patient " .
" why am i here , stop this games , you just can't treat me like a play thing!!" I shouted to full of my strength .
"Run " voice echoed again.
Run what does he mean by it i thought my mind racing with possibilities. As voice echoed again " Run , i won't repeat myself " he shouted . I stumbled back as i turned and begin to run , slowlyat first but then i increased my pace . Why is this even happening ? There was a lot of questions at the time but all i forced my mind to focus on was my life . My breath begin to rage up and body barely moving with fatigue as i could feeling that shadow still chasing me his wings were making clear sounds of flapping in silent forest, the kind of silence when a predator hunt for its prey , and everyone watch with bated breath to see what will be next . " God plz , help me , what did i do wrong " i was muttering to myself as i continued runing but my pace was now slow , due to fatigue as a stone from a tree fell and rolled down my feet i halted and fell down " Ahhhh!" I shouted as i fell and my thumb got injured . That shadow landed in front of me and i first time saw it .
It was long muscular man like but with wings , and there wasnt any light that could show me his face . Even the moonlight casting shadows of long dense trees seems to be absorbed by him , as if he's darkness himself .
"Stop plz !" I pleaded as i leaned against the tree , with my finger brushing against thumb of my foot which was bleeding .
"Stop what , chasing you , or saving you " it replied nonchalantly.
"Plz answer me why is it me? , why me always ? I did nothing wrong " i tried to argue , so that i can engage him in talk to get answers , but he said " I'll back , don't worry , you'll get answers... and won't forget me , we'll meet again ..
. Soon " he said as he flew up and with swirl of his finger trees begin to burn up .
"No wait ! Stop! Answer me!" I shouted but useless he was gone with me in forest alone surrounding by burning and ruining trees . I looked above as a burning branch fell towards me , and i opened my eyes with shout "Ahhhh!".
I was in my bed but my thumb was soaked in blood . " this wasn't a dream "!?
