Naruto Uchiha son of Minato Namikaze and Mikoto Uchiha. He graduated at the age of 5, and a year later became a chunin before joining Anbu at the age of 13. His father had two wives Mikoto his mother and Kushina his godmother. The night of his sister's birth an unnamed Uchiha had attacked them and killed his sister before releasing the Kyuubi from Kushina.
With Minato sealing the Kyuubi into Naruto, no one besides himself survived that night from his family. Naruto was abandoned soon after by Jiraiya, his so called godfather, and was taken in by the Uchiha Clan. The clan head Fugaku and his wife had two sons Itachi and Sasuke. Naruto had 2 friends, Itachi and Shisui.
Danzo, an old man who had lived for too long had attacked Shisui and almost stole his eyes had Naruto not made it in time and killed Danzo and his Root agents. Shisui told Naruto about plans by the clan of a coup and Naruto swore to handle it,
That night, Naruto killed every member of the Uchiha Police Force as well as those who knew of the coup and supported it. Sasuke had seen him leaving the compound and swore vengeance while Naruto left the village and disappeared to never be seen again.
At least that was the plan. The same masked Uchiha responsible for the deaths of his family had shown up to recruit Naruto but Naruto snapped and attacked the Uchiha. The Uchiha was revealed to be Obito Uchiha who tried to use Kamui to his advantage but Naruto had been preparing for years for his revenge. Obito escaped with the help of a creature called Zetsu.
Falling unconscious from his wounds Naruto had been found by Tsunade Senju who healed him. The two had fallen in love through similar trauma, and they became each other's peace. When Orochimaru attacked the leaf and killed the Third Hokage, Itachi became the Godaime Hokage and revealed the truth about his massacre so Naruto was no longer marked a criminal.
Sasuke was livid and went rogue to join up with Orochimaru to get strong enough to kill Naruto in revenge for his parents. Naruto, Tsunami, and Shizune lived as farmers in Uzushiogakure. They buried all of the Uzumaki clan members and cleaned the place up. Sex, training and bounty hunting missions were how they got by, and plans were being made for a family before Kisame Hoshigaki and Sasuke arrived for the Nine Tails.
Sasuke was rendered not an issue quickly and Kisame proved to be a big issue but he had been forced to retreat. Naruto delivered Sasuke to Itachi who had his little brother arrested and before Naruto could leave Jiraiya stopped him and told him about the Akatsuki.
Naruto was paid to accompany Jiraiya to Amegakure and Naruto watched as he died fighting Pein without making any moves to help. While Jiraiya was dicking around with the Six Paths soon as they landed the killing blow he teleported to Nagato and killed him taking his Rinnegan and stomping on them,
Naruto reported Jiraiya fell in battle and took his money while Sasuke was executed when Yamanaka clan members went inside his head and found out that he had killed Konoha shinobi
Naruto stayed with Itachi as he mourned and returned to Tsunade and Shizune. He spent the next 5 months in peace with Tsunade and Shizune, even picking up farming as a hobby before the Fourth Shinobi War was announced.
Naruto held back a long time from joining, and since no one knew where his hideout was the Akatsuki used Ginkaku and Kinkaku as substitutes for the Nine Tailed chakra to revive the Juubi. Naruto still didn't get involved, he got involved when he sensed his father's chakra appear moving toward the battlefield,
Heading out to meet his father, Naruto and Minato reunited in the Fourth War with the other 3 Hokage revived by Orochimaru and Shisui. Itachi had died to release the reanimation technique and Naruto who had seen the horrors brought on the world by humanity wanting the Biju so on the battlefield Obito and a reanimated Madara had been keeping the Juubi on a leash using it to fire bijudamas all over the world. Naruto cut that leash and sealed the Juubi into himself.
Madara and Obito had been livid but the first attack on Naruto came from the Shinobi Alliance, a battalion of Yamanaka clan members attacked him mentally and Naruto snapped he blacked out and awoke only to see Hagaromo soul being absorbed into the King of Hell.
Minato remained standing as the other Hokage's attacked him, easily they were cut down and their knowledge taken, Minato passed on telling him to protect his family. Naruto left the battlefield to return to that family only to find Uzugakure no more as apparently a bijudama had hit the island killing Shizune and Tsunade.
Someone needed to pay so Naruto turned his pain and anger onto the world. Naruto slaughtered everyone and everything in his rage. The slaughter gave Naruto the ability to experiment with his powers and became aware of advanced forms of space-time ninjutsu.
Naruto found a new world to call his own, he brought order and control to it, and with recent developments, he has the vision of spreading his rule to all corners of the multiverse, and being the only Naruto.
Naruto of Earth9 floated above Earth looking down at the planet as he stretched his senses out looking for chakra, and with a smirk he shot off for his counterpart, "I'M COMING NARUTO! HAHAHA!!" Omni yelled
With Naruto of Earth 1
Flash stood with his arms crossed as Lex finished telling them what they needed to know, when he sensed chakra heading for them, "You guys come up with a plan, but I can't be here."
"What do you mean?" Lex asked
"My counterpart Omni will be looking for me. I have to go so I don't lead them to you." Flash said and before they could speak he sped off,
Flash ran and made it about 7 blocks when a fireball appeared causing him to look up and he skidded to a stop while punching forward sending a shockwave forward sniffing out the flaming orb,
Naruto Uchiha smirked looking down at Naruto Uzumaki, "Hello, me." Omni said
"So you're me on this Earth? Kinda a dick from what I hear, but what else do you expect from an Uchiha." Flash said, causing Omni to frown before he descended to stand across from him, "So your parents are Fugaku and Mikoto?"
"Minato and Mikoto, but we'll get into my origin story later. Now let's dance."
Flash and Omni rushed one another and when they clashed a shockwave formed from their fist slamming into one another and Flash skidded back before Omni rushed in and punched him in the jaw before kicking him in the ribs and backflipping kicked him in the head. Omni landed on one foot and turned with another kick that Flash blocked before he tried to stab Flash with a lightning blade,
Flash made a one-handed Snake seal before an Earth Wall rose between them and Omni stabbed his hand through it before it Flash's fist tore through the wall and punched Omni in the mouth
Omni flew back and backfired as Flash sped through the wall and came with a high kick that Ombi ducked under but Flash shifted his weight and stomped Omni into the ground before using Chakra to stick his body to his feet and backfired sending Omni into the air before a Snake seal and a concrete wall slammed into Omni sending him flying toward a hotdogs vendor but Flash sped around and punched him back to the concrete wall that Omni destroyed as he slammed into it,
Omni rolled and kicked the rushing Flash but Flash phased through the kick and kneed Omni in the chin sending him flying,
Omni righted himself in midair before a white streak of lightning and his hair was grabbed before his surroundings blurred but he managed to free himself,
Omni rolled and landed in the middle of the interstate and got up before Flash appeared and jumped kicked him in the face,
Flipping Omni was struck from behind by Flash and flew through a building Flash sped beside the airborne man padded him before turning and waited for a moment before he punched Omni in the spin causing the man to shout in pain as he was rocketed back the other direction before a kick to the ground caused him to bounce before Flash kicked him in the back into air,
Omni snapped out of existence and reappeared behind Flash who ducked beneath a roundhouse and turned around parrying the left-right jab combo before he ducked a right hook and jumped over a leg sweep before he kicked Omni in the chest,
Omniman painted his feet and rushed forward as Flash flipped off his chest and landed before coming back with right straight, and a left jab that grazed Omni's chin before the left hand was planted and Flash did a handstand and kicked Omni in the face,
Flash righted himself on his feet and grunted as he was kicked in the quadricep and tagged with 2 jabs before he blocked a hook but an elbow to the neck staggered him, blade threads burst from Omni's chest and bounced off Flash chest as Omni tried to take Flash heart,
Flash and Omni both turned around with high kicks that clashed before Flash brought his leg down hooking it with Omni knocking him off balance before Flash struck fast and hard with 2 blows to the ribs then the armpit with his knuckles extended as he tagged a few points in Omni's arm before he kicked him in the torso
Omni shook his arm and blocked Flash's right jab and left straight before he elbowed the uppercut down, and when Flash went for his torso, Omni raised a knee before grabbing Flash wrist and landing a heavy shot to Flash torso,
Flash killed over into the uppercut from Omni taking him off his feet before Omni kicked him in the torso
Flash dragged his feet and back toward Omni and kicked toward his torso but Omni blocked it and pushed his second kick away, landing as he turned Naruto did a roundhouse that Omni leaned back from before he kicked for Omni's face once more, Omni blocked with his forearm,
Omni tried to punch Flash in the face but he leaned back and parried Omni hook, Flash with a knife-hand swung at Omni's neck but he missed and followed it with a jab,
Omni moved to the side and tried to punch Flash in the torso again but Flash caught his fist before it could connect. Flash lifted the fist up and yanked Omni forward and maneuvered himself behind him with a flip, and when Omni turned a heel kick struck home sending blood and spittle flying causing the spectators' eyes to widen as Omni rolled on the street and rolled to his feet glaring at Flash,
Omni stood up and with a roar, a large beam of heat vision was fired at him, Flash was struck in the chest but remained standing, Omni stopped roaring and his heat vision diminished, and he saw Flash still standing his suit glowing brightly
Flash suddenly appeared in front of Omni before punching him in the torso grabbing the back of his head and slamming his face into the street. Omni turned trying to fight but Flash caught him by the throat,
"Have it back." Flash said clutching onto his counterpart before an orb of pure solar energy erupted around them
Flames licked the street as the destroyed interstate, Flash knelt over a burnt Omni and stabbed glowing fingers into his torso causing Omni to scream in pain, as the Shiki Fuin seal appeared on his flesh,
Mist suddenly struck Flash from behind, freezing him in a block of ice. Omni scrambled away from his frozen counterpart breathing heavily. With an growl steam began rising off his skin until he was fully healed,
"Nice work, Louisa." Omni said looking to Killer Frost, who nodded
"You okay?"
"Yeah. Let's get him on lockdown."
Unknown Location
Naruto opened his eyes and was greeted by the sight of the nine huge rocks in the sky, looking around he saw himself on a small island with blue water stretching into the distance
Meanwhile
Johnny Quick was at the docks watching his Made Men load containers on a cargo ship, they were unaware of the large shadow in the water before the cargo ship exploded as green dragon burst from beneath it splitting it in half,
J'onn J'onzz returned to normal before he flew away having completed his mission,
Coast City
Power Ring frowned annoyed as he was shutting down all his operations until the counterparts were found, watching his men stop production suddenly a giant green fly construct scattered slapped him away,
The men looked up when Diana fell through the ceiling smirking before she slammed her bracers together, a shockwave if energy destroyed the building and sent the men flying away,
Power Ring righted himself in midair to see the eighteen-wheeler fly at him and he grunted before he rolled off the front of the truck and glared toward John only to see him gone before John punched in the jaw from behind and snatched his ring, tapping the ring with his own John began to say the Lantern Oath draining Power Ring's ring.
Diana looked up as Power loader slammed into the ground unconscious,
Metropolis
Kara and Luthor flew to a building, "Is this the place?" Kara asked getting a nod
"Omni, I know you can hear me. Bring your arrogant ass out here or we'll come in and get you." Lex yelled
The door opened and a buffed-up Jimmy Olsen walked out causing Kara to look at him in shock, "Not Looking for the hired help, Olsen. I want your boss."
"He ain't here. If you want an appointment, you can call his secretary. Clear our airspace." Jimmy said
"Make me." Lex glared
"I can do that." Jimmy smirked floating up off the balcony before he shot for Lex but Kara got in his way catching his fist,
"I'd rather not have to hurt you, Jimmy." Kara said
"Cute, I'll have fun with you." Jimmy smirked causing Kara to narrow her eyes as he learned at her before she kneed him in the torso causing him to kill over into her uppercut sending him upright into a right jab followed by a left hook sending Jimmy through the building,
Kara tossed Lex the watch Jimmy had on before she floated down cracking her knuckles, before Jimmy with his nose broken and teeth missing roared at her trying to score a hit only for Kara to backslap him into the distance
Meanwhile, Above Earth
Cracks appeared in space before 3 beings burst through it, "I sense two large sources of chakra."
"We'll prepare the seedbed then get those two."
"Urashiki."
"I need a vessel first."
"Don't worry about it." Momoshiki smirked before he grabbed the Ootsutsuki
White House
The Justice League sans Naruto stood in front of President Slade Wilson, "This is unacceptable, Lex. What do you think you're doing?"
"That should be obvious, Mr. President. We're putting an end to the Crime Syndicate, sir."
"Well, you should be very proud. Have you given the slightest thought to the consequences of your actions?"
"Don't talk to me like a child. I was fighting this battle long before your administration decided to roll over for the Syndicate." Lex glared at Slade
"We didn't rollover. We've worked to achieve a delicate balance with the Crime Syndicate. It's the only way the American people can live in relative safety."
"Forgive me, Mr. President, but that's a load of crap." Lex said
"Be that as it may, I've already ordered the release of Power Ring and Jimmy Olsen." Slade said
"You did what?" Kara asked
"You wanna watch your tone?" Slade glared
"I'm sorry, Mr. President. I just don't understand how you could let them go free." Kara said
"You clearly don't understand much of anything. Do you think anybody would testify against the Crime Syndicate? Do you think if anybody were willing, we could keep them alive until trial?"
"We can." John said
"Oh? Are you going to protect their families too? Are you going to stay here and watch over us forever?"
"Obviously not. But we can stop them right now." Diana said, stepping forward, "Put an end to their hold over you."
"Kill them?" Slade asked
"No. We don't do that." Kara said even though Naruto, Diana, and John were trained killers
"Then I've got a better idea. Why don't you go home and end all crime on your own planet? Luthor sends them home. Or be arrested." Slade said causing their eyes to widen
"You can't be serious." Lex said
"Dead serious, the United Nations agrees. You all are trespassing and need to go home. We'll find your other member and send him right along with you." Slade said
"Mr. Presi-"
"I gave you an order!" Slade yelled
The Justice League looked at one another and nodded, "Do it Luthor." Diana said
Lex sighed before he aimed the portal gun and pressed a button sending the Justice League back to their Earth, "Now find Flash and send him back as well."
Lex glared at Slade and turned around to go when the White House exploded as a large Juubi landed on it before the chakra beast roared and morphed before it began to transform,
Meanwhile
Flash unconscious was strung up, as Omni ignoring the outside world tried to get his suit off, "Hn, wake up!" He yelled punching Flash whose head snapped to the right but he remained unconscious,
With Naruto
Naruto looked at the 9 rocks and he raised a hand before chakra chains shot forth and cracked each rock. Smiling Naruto watched the Nine Biju fall to the ocean shaking and stretching,
"Hello Shukaku, Matatabi, Isobu, Son Gokū, Kokuō, Saiken, Chōmei, Gyūki, Kurama." Naruto greeted only to be met with roars of hatred and narrowed his eyes before they all attacked
Chakra chains shot from his torso and chained the 9 chakra beasts down, Speeding around Naruto connected with each of the Biju causing them to stop thrashing as he showed them his memories,
They blinked and looked at him, "Free us." Kurama said
"And send you where? You're chakra beasts, you use the chakra in nature for your immortality and regenerative abilities." Naruto said releasing the 9 Biju
"I will not remain in this animal!" Kurama yelled getting growls of agreement from his brothers
"Fine, we'll talk later." Naruto said reaching forward and grabbing the chains and with a pull, he separated the biju of their chakra and absorbed it into himself with the biju soon following
Real World
Omni was walking away when he killed over in excruciating pain and yelled clutching his torso,as a chakra chain stabbed him connecting to Flash
Flash jerked as chakra began to leave Omni and be absorbed into Flash's body. Flash with a grunt ripped free of his chains and fell to the floor,
Omni glared at Flash who looked down at him, before his mask receded, as Omni stood up, but glanced to his right as massive chakra signature was nearly overwhelming his senses,
Sensing a need to move Flash quickly he shot off, Omni dove out of the window as roots pierced the opposite wall. Omni jumped from rooftop to rooftop before flying up where he saw Flash standing on a cloud looking in the distance shocked,
Looking over Omni saw the large tree and narrowed his eyes, before he smirked
Flash gritted his teeth, looking at the Shinju tree, and sped forward with Omni flying after him,
Flash looked behind him and saw the smirking Omni about to punch his lights out but quickly he caught the punch and saw 2 beings with similar features to Kaguya appear and he launched Omni at the big one
Kinshiki created a red battle are chakra construct and slashed down at Omni who caught his wrist and kicked him in the head sending him flying down into the street, and he pursued
Momoshiki looked at Flash who fired up a Rasengan and the Ootsutsuki rose a hand with a red Rinnegan in his palm,
Flash canceled the Rasengan and stabbed the Rinnegan with a blade chakra rod, Momoshiki roared in pain as the black rod ran his hand through before he kicked Flash back and ripped the rod free, and chucked it at Flash who noticed Superwoman and her Made Men rushing him to attack,
Flash leaned away and grabbed Superwoman by her ponytail and used her as a shield causing the rod to stab her in the forehead killing her Flash kicked the corpse to Momoshiki who backhanded it away and it exploded soon as he made contact with it,
Flash vibrated to render himself invisible, and the enraged Made Men rushed Momoshiki but they were all cut down as well by the blade rods he tossed sending them to the ground where the Shinju tree roots came in contact with them and they mummified as they life energy was stolen by the tree,
Momoshiki turned around at the last moment and a boot to the face took him out of the sky
Kinshiki looked up and swung his age, Omni growled and punched down a chakra barrier around his fist destroying the axe before his fist made contact Kinshiki's horn broke and he was sent into the ground,
Kinshiki tried to grab Naruto but he caught his wrists and held them down. Threads shot from Omni's chest and pierced Kinshiki's who yelled in pain before his heart was ripped free and absorbed into Omni and the skin sealed itself up with steam, Omni stood up and saw something glowing in Kinshiki's pocket,
Reaching down his eyes widened as he pulled 5 canisters of chakra fruits and popped one open,
Immediately Flash and Momoshiki looked over sensing the dense chakra the fruit gave off, Momoshiki seeing his foster father dead growled
Flash and Momoshiki shot forward, Flash outpaced Momoshiki by a wide margin as Omni bit into one if the fruits before he sensed Flash approaching and tried to jump back but Flash swiped at Omni
Omni skidded back noticing he was missing 2 of the canisters as Flash held them, Omni quickly ate the fruits he had,
Horns grew from his skull as his hair became white while his eyes gained the Byakugan, before turning into a red RinneSharingan,
Momoshiki came to tackle Omni but a truck seeking orb stabbed into his head pinning him to the ground, Momoshiki thrashed before it was turned to ash,
Omni held his hand out, "Give me the fruits and I'll let you go home."
Flash narrowed his eyes and at super speed swallowed the fruits whole and beat on his chest as they were difficult to swallow causing Omni to growl before Flash swallowed and when Omni thought he was going to sigh Flash spat a storm of flames at him,
Omni clapped his hands causing water to surround him as the sea of flames washed over him,
Flash kept up the attack before ice shot from the flames and shattered on his shoulders, even as his features changed Flash ducked back when a truth-seeking orb nearly took his head off,
Omni held a truth-seeking orb formed into two escrima sticks twirling them, "I tried to give you an out! Now you'll die along with the planet."
Suddenly it turned dark causing Flash to look up to see 3 humongous meteorites falling, "Tch."
Omni stepped back into a portal smirking,
Flash ran and began to run up the god tree, coming to the top of the tree he snatched the fruit that bloomed and sped back down just as the meteorite slammed into the top of the tree and began to grind it down,
Flash's lightning grew brighter before he sped all around the world and found nothing but corpses as the roots of the God Tree killed everyone so he vanished in a portal,
With Omni
NarutoE9 sighed as he opened his glowing Rinnesharingan, walking forward he stopped as Parademons shot up on both sides of the bridge as he walked forward, "Major overhaul when I take over." Omni smirked
Looking up Omni saw Darkseid glaring down at him, "Kneel." Omni said pointing at Darkseid who growled and omega beams fired at Omni who chuckled and with a backhand dispersed the beams
"You want to fight? Good." Omni grinned before he shot forward
