Chapter 4 - Why he came?

Enim woke up feeling her head probing, she touched her head trying to recognize the environment she was in, and it struck her to find out that she was still in the bathroom just that this time, she was in the bathtub with soap and petals in the water.

"Are you fully awake?" She was startled hearing the unwelcome voice; it was the woman who appeared to her a while before.

The woman stood at the corner of the bathroom as she silently watched her like a foe with folded arms; her gaze was cold.

She was dressed in a different outfit: a long black jacket with an inner black crop top, black pants, and black sneakers.

"What are you looking at?" Prudence asked aggressively.

The woman heaved a deep sigh, releasing her arms; she took cold steps towards her.

Meanwhile, the whole time she was silent, Prudence felt the woman was thinking about slapping her like it was a message from her cold gaze.

Though the woman was silent, she was silently giving a deadshot gaze. She reached the base of the bathtub, and then she crouched to reach her height as Enim's eyes followed her.

"Why did you try to kill yourself?" She asked sternly.

"What are you saying? Myself? Should I remind you that this isn't my body in the first place?"

"Oh seriously, so this is how you're thinking. Girl, you got to listen—not just that this is your body but now your soul is connected to this body. If you want to find the whole truth about who killed your father, your murderer, who hatched the plan of your father's death and yours, then you have to cooperate, even if it means you have to love or give affection to the one you hate the most."

"But what about the body? The owner of the body? Vixen said something about the owner being involved with my death."

The woman creased her eyebrows with a 'seriously?' look and then a chuckle left her lips.

"Did you hear or did you just assume? Please, did you hear yourself? How would you think that your soul would be transferred to your killer?"

"But-"

"She is the only one whose body could help you get the revenge you need. "

"How could she be of any use when I don't know any memory of hers?"

She smirked as she stood up, walking towards the wall in front of the bathtub. Just when she reached close, she stopped, and then without moving her entire body, she turned her head.

"You'll soon discover; you'll find every single detail." Saying so, she disappeared.

Enim giggled maliciously when she was out of sight.

So now, was that going to be the way she was going to handle things?

Accepting her worse fate, dismal, hatred, and her nemesis.

She found the universe really convincing; she'd come back to this world not to fight the one who caused every problem for her but instead to accept the worst person in her life.

Her nemesis.

Laying her long legs comfortably in the bathtub, she placed her head inside the water.

Prudence dressed to the situation as Enim would dress, wearing mini jeans shorts and a strapless crop top; she wore them.

When she stayed in front of the mirror, she couldn't help but be amazed by Enim's flawless skin.

The woman knew what she was doing; from her smooth caramel skin and the long, curly, shining, and bold hair she managed to pack into a ponytail, her face was evident; she used a lot of facial creams even by looking at the dresser.

When she checked her wardrobe once again, she found crop tops, jeans, bum shorts, and then, in the main course of her occupation, she had dresses that were so not concealing; it seems that was the procedure; she first had to get those men ready for what they were ordering.

Enim searched around for something that would probably contain Enim's memory lane—maybe a photo album, a diary, a picture—something that would make her recognize a bit of Enim.

Just when she was about to search the other wardrobe, the girl that she saw first came into the room.

Enim turned around in a flinch.

"What are you looking for?" The woman observed as she gave her curious gaze.

"Hmm," she stuttered as her eyes searched around the house, trying to find something reasonable to say.

"What did you say?" Enim dodged her question since she couldn't find something to defend herself.

"I was asking you— you know what—what's the use of asking you that when there's a hot gist I'm so eager to hear, I want to know, how was he?"

Enim raised an eyebrow in confusion.

"Sir Vixen, I heard that he was the one who ordered you last night," she spoke excitedly as she walked towards her, pulling her by the hand to sit on the bed.

Enim was taken aback by her question: why did she want to know how her night went with Vixen?

"When you said that he was going to come back, I couldn't believe it, but last night I heard that he came back and— trust me, I was speechless. "

Enim forced a smile, though she was wondering why Enim knew Vixen was going to return.

Was this part of their relationship?

"I did say that," she said confidently in a sentence rather than a question.

"So common, did he answer your request about that Prudence Lane?"

Enim creased her eyebrow; she knew it was going to be suspicious if she asked her, but she was desperate to ask in what way their relationship had to do with her.

"And what's that? I've forgotten what I've said; could you remind me?" Enim tried not to ask her strangely, but her heart pumped faster, silently waiting for an answer.

Addison narrowed her gaze at her feeling strange by her behavior; the Enim she knew rarely forgot about things, despite the fact that Enim was her reminder.

"Enim, what are you talking about?"

"You know the car accident; it seems after that accident, I forgot some things."

"Though why does it feel like you're behaving weirdly lately? First, you forgot about waking up early to get dolled up like you've always been doing. Secondly, you were behaving strangely when I told you about the car accident."

"Please, could you tell me?"

"Enim is not about that. You have to start remembering those you've forgotten or else it might get you in big trouble."

Prudence knew she was right; if she wanted to discover the true villain of her story, then she would have to behave like Enim would and find memories that Enim was attached to.

"I'm recovering; I'm sure those memories will come back to me," she murmured absentmindedly at gaze before she turned to Vienica.

"The letter, you asked Vixen to give the letter to Prudence. Wasn't that the reason he came back?"
