They were technically above one of the Continental cities, but that didn't change the fact that Alana needed to steer clear of a few incredibly tall structures and buildings. Ashur was helping by keeping an eye on the sensors and navigations while she steered. Honestly he really didn't need to since some of these places were honestly the size of normal cities. "How far are we from that place ashur mentioned?" Negyros nose was still surprisingly close to the glass. He couldn't believe the architecture. The time I must've taken to create this. He could help but wonder what the world looked like a thousand years ago. Or maybe ten thousand. But at the same time the sheer magnitude of these structures. As they broke through the clouds and joined and gigantic autobon of traffic. They were all able to see a better view of this beautiful world and it's wonders. some of them resemble animals and mythical beasts. Others were pyramids and others 3D shapes. And sprinkled in between and on top and most of these slight mega structures in somewhat random and large groupings were boring apartment type building. But though the outside was plain one would find a very lavish setting as compared to an average living style. "We are about an hour hour away. Hope he has crustastions." Alana responded after checking her screen. This seemed alright since negyro was kind of hoping to gaze at more buildings and colors. Though the vehicles were no less interesting. From large carriers to single person bike like vehicle, all kinds of ships and cars could be seen Moving throughout different altitudes like multiple ant hills stacked on each other. What looked like utter chaos was an intricate highway of smart steels and oils. Of course larger ships like theirs stayed at the higher altitudes. So they had a sort of birds eye view of that chaotic scene. As the group flew through the endless city, they thought of nothing but wonders and relaxations. And all of them were ready to eat. Though negyro less then the other two. Seeing as for him it was just for the taste of it. But never the less the first true stop in this adventure had begun.
THE OUTER ATMOSPHERE OF LUXURIA
"Such a beautiful planet. I always had a soft spot for planets like this. Full of life and wilderness. They always hold strong characters." Ickerus was not wrong. Gregor too was always amazed at planets whose life span barely see the lights of technology that are as bright as others. Though some had things like anti gravity tech and abilities to space travel it was good to know even those would still resemble such basic barberistic lifestyles at home. If it wasn't for the reason for there current visit he would probably be on the surface with Arion checking for signs of Ashur. But after a couple days of looking and nothing so far Gregor was debating of wether he was willing to spend weaks looking for clews. "That over cautious mutt. It's the same even when it's time for a job. I always spend so much time looking for him. If that hunk of junk of his wasn't so old maybe I could e tracked his signal or something, but no he just had to ride an accident rust bucket!" Ickerus made her way over to gregor from the windshield. She started to run his shoulders and spoke in her usually slightly sarcastic tone. " Well u could just get over it. It was just a few hundred thousand anyway. You've made so much since then, it's like a drop on the bucket.and truthfully , I mean he picked this planet for a reason. As a beast man he would need just the basics to survive and given that they have a couple basic space ports, it's not like he's camping in a lifeless backwards forest planet. Thousand of miles of forest between those ports, he had plenty of trees to park his bag next to after storing a ship. We could be here for months." Annoyed at the irony of her saying the very thought he hadomente ago out loud caused a bulge to form on his crimson head. "It's only been a couple days, talk about a drop in the bucket. How's about u sit your icicle colored ass down somewhere. Or better yet since you like the view so much, why don't u head down and get a better look. Maybe u can speed this up with ur slutty tendencies." Ickerus simply scoffed "I could spare a few slutty moments for you, of it'll help sweeten that mood of yours." She teased as she walked out of the cockpit. Gregor simply growled. He grabed the communication device next to him and put in I his ear. The mouthpiece extended out and a mic popped out of the end just in front of his mouth. "Arion come in. Are there any new updates. And please say yes." A few moments later the voice of cocky arrogant young man could be heard. "You know what yea I've managed to make it a whole 4 hours without u asking me that but so far that's the max." Even though eyes were completely black if Arion had been in the room he could've seen a Clint of red starting to show. "Updates not smartass comments...." Gregor was almost growling into the mic. "Yea, yeah, okay. I ran into another space port after showing Ashur's image and asking around it seems someone matching his description was known to stay out on the edge of it but according to a couple people he would spend most of his time a couple hours outside of it sleeping next to a giant tree and hanging around the surrounding area. One lady told me he had left in a rush. Took everything with him and disappeared with a twin covered in black fur a few weeks ago." Gregor was stump by that last bit of info. 'The bastard doesn't have a brother let alone a twin. What the hell is going on? Is it the fucker he gave my money to?' Another bulge had forged itself on the demons forehead. "Go check out the place in the Port. See if he left anything behind that might tell us either where he went or who this 'twin' is. If u want to go the extra mile and check out the tree thing make it fast. We got lucky with how fast this was we might be able to catch him sooner then we thought." This turn of events helped Gregor be rid of some of his irritation. Within a day they should be on the trail again. " I'll do the tree first luckily he apparently chose the largest tree for miles I can actually see it from where I am. From there I'm assuming it should be a bee line to his dog house. I'll call again when I'm on the way up." With that being said Gregor cut off the transmission and let out an aggravated sigh. "I'll be in the bath for a bit try to leave me alone unless he calls." Gregor stood and stretched his massive limbs before heading out of the cockpit and through the door way leading to the rest of this ship. Ickerus went back to gocking at the beautiful green surface. " I'm definitely leaving GPS pin for this place. A month in a tree house sipping on fruit smoothies and liquor with this decorum sounds devine." She began to trace her slender blue finger over the rivers she could see.
DOWN ON THE SURFACE
"This place is nice. Such fresh air, and beautiful sounds. That dog has good taste." It didnt take long for Arion to make it to the tree. Only about half an hour of flying took care of the journey. Arion was just now landing in the large clearing around the tree. There was really nothing there but the tree. Massive as it was it still had a regal beauty to it. Arion could see why one would spend some time here. The distance from the port left it with only sounds of the forest but close enough that the forest seemed quiet itself. The sounds of the breeze and smells of the flower and fruits was the only company this tree had. And in no way was that a bad thing. He almost decided to take a quick nap before flying back to the port to look through whatever ashur called a home. Plus wherever he parked his ship. Arion had forgotten to ask about that part. Shrugging his shoulders Arion started to walk towards the tree. After a few steps he stopped. He could feel goosebumps running down his bronze arms. "What the hell is this." Arion started to look around. Realizing that the strange air he sense was faint. It ment that whatever was here had left a while ago. But still, it was only before a battle with someone strong had he gotten those goosebumps. Whatever had left with ashur was strong, and very old. Arion decided he had stayed long enough and shot out of the sky. A smirk of excitement could be seen on Arions face "even if u bore Me pup, whatever is with u definitely wont." Facing the direction of the port the newest noise to join the birds and bugs was the thunderclap of Arions flight.
