Small Recap:
So, after Erik comes back from the What If mission, and somehow convincing Wanda to add Cindy Moon in his harem, he takes a 6 weeks holiday from Sokovia's politics and goes on a world tour.
In toured the popular countries, did their first threesome in Paris that lasted for more 16 hours. They figured out that their increased lust was probably due to Cindy's ability and that was confirmed by Wanda herself as when she dived into Cindy's mind to figure out the cause of her abilities she met with Neith (Multiversal spider goddess), she told Wanda that Cindy was given this ability so that she can enjoy the Spider groom along with the other harem members and produce a lot of spider children.
In India, they resuced a mutant girl named Shilpa but ancient one told them that the one who should take care of her is in japan.
In japan Erik destroys U-Men and rescues Emma Frost and gave Shilpa to her for 2 months tutoring. While destroying U-Men Erik's system also absorbed a reality warping mutant that would give him his own reality warping powers in 6 months.
Now, Erik was back in Sokovia and the plan to make Wanda its queen has been resumed.

The next noon, Thor came with Jane to Erik's house to pick up his mom, he came through Bifrost, burning a third big circular spot in his yard.
Thor and Jane didn't stay too long at Erik's house, they just had tea prepared by Erik himself, it was Ancient One's recipe. After the tea and a bit of small talk, where Thor warned him of Fury's possible animosity against his group, Thor left with Jane and Frigga through Bifrost burning a fourth big circular spot in his lawn.
"Four times, Heimdall! Four fucking times! Can't you summon Bifrost at the SAME DAMN SPOT!" Erik yelled at the sky as the luminous rainbow pillar disappeared.
Sighing, he headed back inside. He was going to resume the conquest of Sokovia from today onwards, but seeing the state of the group, it didn't feel like they were the masterminds planning to take over a whole freaking country.
Pietro was playing video games, Lilja was stuffing her mouth with the leftover snacks on the table, Wanda was doing some hoodoo with [Resurrected] Wanda, and Cindy was on the ceiling and trying to talk to a spider for some reason.
Sighing, he went to the study room. Plotting and strategizing wasn't their job anyway, he should let them enjoy.
As he got busy strategizing the next steps, hours went by and the sun drowned, soon Wanda came to call him for dinner.
Today's food was cooked by Cindy, and apparently, she could cook better than Wanda. Well, she had more than a decade's worth of experience in that bunker so it was kinda obvious.
Once they were done eating their fill, Erik stood up and told them about the next phase of the plan, "The next thing that we have to focus on is to boost Wanda's image. So that people would accept her rise to power without protest."
The others nodded, waiting for him to continue.
Erik elaborated further. The brainwashing of the key figures won't take much time. Media was already under his control, so, the task of boosting Wanda's image was easy but it would still take time to increase her popularity. After all, it's always a gradual process.
He has strategically spaced the key events that would provide an exponential boost to her popularity throughout the duration of the next 2 months.
Erik was inside S.H.E.I.LD.'s servers, so he knew that Fury was showing signs of doubt towards Alexandar Pierce, meaning the events of Captain America - The Winter Soldier were near. This meant the existence of Hydra would be revealed to the world, consequently, S.H.E.I.L.D would be shutting down.
America would have so many internal problems to deal with that it wouldn't have time to butt in other country's businesses. Surely, there would be international objections but there wouldn't be any serious trouble.
The other big countries usually minded their own business unless it threatened their security. And it was not like they could do anything either way. It's not like Erik would let them even if they tried...
Erik did wonder how the collaboration of X-Men would affect the status of S.H.E.I.LD. after the reveal of Hydra, but he was sure that even X-Men wouldn't be able to do anything impactful to deter S.H.E.I.L.D.'s downfall when they themselves were walking on eggshells all the time.
All that was left was for Wanda to walk on the path that Erik had laid for her.
There was only one thing remaining for his future plans, he had to find a suitable successor to take over the nation after Wanda.
Well, she had told him that she had no interest in ruling her homeland. But since Erik's plan required a dictator, Wanda told him she had no problem being his sexy puppet Queen for a few years.
And so, Erik divided the tasks among the group for the next phase.
Pietro's job was nothing too difficult, Erik asked him to contact the leaders of multiple protest groups to demand a change in leadership again. Pietro and Wanda used to be a part of a few of them before they became Hydra's test subjects so Pietro already had a few contacts.
Lilja will be Pietro's assist.
Since Cindy was a genius and had an eidetic memory, he assigned her the job of assisting Yui Sasaki on Mars in upgrading the Telepathic and Electronic Scanning blocker grid's range. He needed that tech to close off the whole country to all telepaths. It concerned the National Security after all.
Cindy seemed like she was going to cry when she thought she was being deported to Mars but she calmed down when he told him that she'd only had to work for 12 hours a day and then he would portal her back to Earth.
Maybe he would send an additional bunch of brainwashed, possibly evil scientists to help them later. Well, finding people who had experience in building Telepathic blockers was a bit tough but not impossible.
After all, it was not like Yui Sasaki was the only one who had built a large area telepathic blocker. But yes, her's was the one with the largest recorded range. So, her genius couldn't be denied.
Wanda's job was to attend regular press conferences after every military movement or raid on harmful organization's bases. Erik had experience in speaking bullshit and manipulating the masses through his words, so, he would be the one to write her speeches.
As of now, he had only destroyed three Hydra bases in Sokovia one was Baron Strucker's a year ago, and another random one a couple of weeks before Wanda became Military General.
And until the events of Captain America- The Winter Soldier, any Hydra base he destroys would be just another 'terrorist' organization.

[ Xavier's Mansion ]
Charles Xavier's mansion, from the outside, looked like a typical mansion and a school, but under the ground, there were facilities that were so advanced that the American military would squirt their panties after seeing them.
The underground complex featured many mutant-dedicated facilities like:
— The Danger Room, where currently Ororo Monroe, Kitty Pryde, and Rogue are having a joint training session
— The medical bay, where Jean Grey was mending the burned hands of a student.
— The research and development lab was empty right now, but the person who was usually found here was working in...
— The Hanger, where Hank Mccoy was performing regular maintenance on their advanced aircraft, Blackbird.
— And finally, the Cerebro Chamber, where Charles Xavier was currently having a Telepathic conversation with Mystique, a former X-Men, a former member of the Brotherhood, and currently a mutant working for S.H.E.I.L.D.

Raven, aka Mystique, scoffed on the other side, {{Just because I am an agent here, doesn't mean they would trust a mutant like me, Charles. I just do what Fury tells me to do and I know only what Fury tells me, nothing more.}}
The Bald Telepath sighed, {{That's completely fine for now, I just hope the day all humans treat mutants without cruel discrimination comes soon. For now, I think I will personally contact Fury, this matter seems serious and concerns national and world security. And keep up the good work, Raven, you are one of the pillars of our alliance.}}
Raven rolled her eyes, she was just doing this agent bullshit because Charles begged her to...
