When she transforms into Calista, she'll lose access to her blood generation since her third Sigil will be replaced.
Therefore, before that happens, if she were to stock up on blood now, she'd still be able to make use of her second Sigil and manipulate that blood.
The same applied to any weapons she would create though right now, her gloves were more than enough.
