After a bit of rest, Alice sat up properly and glanced over to Jin who was looking at the Void in awe. His eyes trailed the flying beasts in the distance, the cosmic swirl of the realm itself and the countless floating islands that drifted aimlessly.
"Where are we?" He asked, glancing back and noticing that it was Alice who had taken over for now.
"The Void. Think of it as the Abyss but less dangerous. You can't stay here for long though otherwise you'll turn into one of those things." Alice shrugged, pointing at the Void beasts.
Tilting his head, Jin thought that she was joking but seeing the seriousness in her face, he understood that it was true.
"Shouldn't we leave then?" Jin's smile twitched.
"Nah~ it's fine, we got a bit of time. Plus I know the owner of this place. We're practically best buddies." Alice grinned.
