Lucian looked at the crimson red book in his hands, his face in mixed emotions. He knew this was definitely the Legacy he received from Vather, and while he might really want to kill the man, there was this sad connection between them both, as they were both powerless from the beginning.
Although he would still want to kill the man of he ever found him again, he was also grateful for the legacy giving to him.
His hands trailed the blood red characters that formed the word on the cover as he slowly opened the cover and to the first page which reads:
- The Hegemonic Asura Physique. One of the most ancient Physique in the Infernal World.
The true goal of our physique is to battle against the heavens and eventually replace the heavens itself.
To never take a single step backwards from a battle and to use the blood of those who dared go against us to increase our cultivation. This is the true essence of our physique.
No other opponent is worthy of battling, as above and below, only we Asuras will dominate."
Lucian felt himself under pressure as he began feeling exhausted just from reading those words. It was just an opening page, but it was as if an hammer was smashing into his head with every word.
Immediately scrolling away from the first page, he saw the next page, which was titled
The Hegemonic Asura Ritual:
"The first step towards being an Asura, is to create the nine bloody star in ones Soul space. To access the Soul space, one need..."
Lucian read the whole of the second page as he slowly shut the book and concentrated hard on his head. It was like trying to forcefully sink his consciousness into his body when suddenly he found himself standing in the void.
There was nothing in this area of the void, just the void which stretched on as long as he could see. Looking at his own body, he saw it was just made up of energy, and it actually wasn't physical. It seems this was his soul form.
This was Lucian's soul space. His eyes stared around the place as even though it was just all dark, he marvelled at the beauty of such a space.
Lucian suddenly look up into the sky of the place as he saw Nine bloody stars revolving above him. His face widened in shock as he couldn't believe what he was looking at.
For one to practice the Hegemonic Asura Physique, one needed to first create the Nine bloody stars, which was like a cultivators dantian, and to create the nine bloody star was a long process of ritual, which requires more than hundreds of years of killing and gathering blood or to have someone with the Asura Physique help them create their own bloody star which will require massive amounts of energy, but he wouldn't need to that as he already had the nine bloody star already.
It seems the man already helped him initiate the Ritual process and passed all his remaining energy to Lucian, helping him create his own bloody stars, automatically skipping this process.
Lucian felt joy blooming in his heart as he wouldn't know what to do if he had to spend the next hundred or so years gathering blood. He would probably be thousands of times dead before he could do that.
Lucian's soul form slowly ascended up as he stared at the nine bloody star around him. It was like nine blood red ball which slowly revolved around him and were completely covered in runes and strange inscriptions.
Slowly sitting down crosslegged, he concentrated hard as he opened his eyes and found himself back again with the book in his hands.
With the Hegemonic Asura Ritual out of the way, he could go on to the next step. Opening to the third page, it reads:
"The first stage of the Hegemonic Asura Physique is called the Bloody Star stage. It is filling up the nine bloody stars with essence bloods of cultivators at the star stage.
The star stage is the first cultivation level of cultivators and once they possess their physique, seven stars automatically appear in their dantian, a place just below their navel and will require filling up the stars with the spiritual energy, called Qi.
Filing up the first three stars will make a cultivator at the Early Star rank, Filling up five of the stars will make one be at the Middle Star rank. While filing up the seventh will make one at the Late Star rank or Pseudo Meteor rank.
The way of cultivation of the Hegemonic Asura Physique is different as instead of the stars forming at the dantians, the stars form at one's Soul space. Besides instead of Seven stars, one with the Hegemonic Asura Physique will have a natural Nine stars instead. And their cultivation sublevels will be In groups of three.
This make them automatically stronger than other cultivators at the same rank."
But the technique was with it's own difficulty. While an ordinary cultivator just need to release their martial spirit and absorb Qi into their dantians to fill up the stars. The greater the grade of the martial spirit, the faster their speed of absorbing Qi and also higher grade of martial spirit means higher purity of Qi, but one with the Hegemonic Asura Physique, cannot absorb Qi and can only collect the essence blood of cultivators to fill up their stars.
The essence blood of cultivators is their purest blood, which contained all their energy and entire cultivation. It is impossible to extract but the Hegemonic Asura Physique can extract this blood essence and use it to cultivate, instead of absorbing Qi, one would instead be stealing it from those who already had."
Lucian's eyebrow knitted together a little as with this he would be able to successfully cultivate without needing a martial spirit but the process of the Hegemonic Asura Physique seems a little demonic as it requires killing of cultivators and absorbing their Essence blood.
But Lucian already found a way around this as he will simply use the blood of beasts to grow his cultivation. He already killed, even a lot during the trial, and he wouldn't say he loved the process of blood trailing down his hands and it wasn't that he loved killing, he was simply forced, but to purposefully kill..."
Lucian ignored that as he continued the page wanting to know what elements the Hegemonic Asura Physique possess.
"Every cultivators will be able able to control a natural force of nature their martial spirit possess. Those with a fire martial spirit will be able to easily control fire, those with water, earth, lightning, wind, ice would be able to control what elements is present in their martial spirit. The higher the grade of their martial spirit, the more easily they will be able to manipulate the elements.
While most martial spirit would give one the ability to manipulate a force of nature, those with a martial spirit of blades, like swords, daggers will instead gain a godly comprehension of weapons and exert more power than usual when holding a blade.
There are uncountable number of different martial spirit, each with it's own unique elements but the Unique elements of us Hegemonic Asura is the strongest..."
