Chapter 48 - Important Councils

Laziness is the deepest nature rooted in human genes. On the one hand, it indirectly promotes the progress of civilization. People have invented many convenient things because of "laziness", and more technologies have been born because of "laziness".

But on the other hand, when civilization reaches a certain level, laziness will become a powerful obstacle.

A lion will lie down lazily when it is full; a crocodile will not eat for several months after a full meal, and it can rest for several months in a row. Because these animals have no intelligence, one meal is one meal, and they don't think about where the next meal is.

This is lazy! However, this lazy gene has increased the chances of survival of organisms.

Because exercise consumes energy, under harsh natural conditions, a stable food supply and calorie intake cannot be guaranteed. Random exercise without a clear goal will consume more energy and reduce the chance of survival.
