In the bustling streets of the Philippines, two vehicles made their way slowly through the traffic. The first was a private carriage, and the one behind it served as a goods transport.

Observers would notice several other vehicles heading in the same direction, forming a motorcade of sorts.

Inside the first car sat a businessman by the name of Jose Murcia. He had been a merchant since his youth, founding the Murcia Family in Cebu.

Under the reign of the current monarch, the Murcia family had amassed great wealth, although Jose still considered himself a modest businessman.
