EVEN IF the couple had forgotten to set an exact location to meet after Adda’s warning that she wouldn't be able to respond within that week, they had an easier time finding each other than the last hang out. Almost like mind-reading, they had been waiting on the same spot as before. However, Adda could never have guessed what Tania had planned, and now she was seeing herself dragged by the girl to her house.
They walked relatively calmly, and chatted on their way to Tania's neighborhood, but everytime they reached a crowded narrow street, Tania put herself upfront, looking nervous and distressed. Adda, on the other side, didn't seem to notice, since she was too occupied shivering each time the black puffy hand touched her thin arm. It made her cheeks warm.
