Synopsis
"Colour Power" is a riveting novel that seamlessly blends together elements of action, romance, and horror into a thrilling reading experience. The plot centers around a young woman who suddenly discovers that she is a "pycan," a supernatural entity imbued with color-based powers. Each pycan possesses a unique color power, either red or blue, but there is one rare individual who holds dominion over all hues. As the author, I am eager to receive any constructive feedback you may have on my debut novel. My name is Precious Kinseh, and I hope that you will find "Colour Power" to be an engrossing and satisfying read. However, please exercise caution when seeking out copies of the book, as piracy is a rampant issue in the publishing industry.

The door to her room swung open and she was taken aback to find herself standing there, completely unclothed. Reacting quickly, she instinctively grabbed the nearest towel and draped it around her body, trying to regain a sense of privacy and conceal her exposed state. In the midst of her embarrassment and vulnerability, she felt a sense of relief wash over her when she realized that the person standing in the doorway was none other than her mother.

"Oh mu-m"

"What? Are you hiding from your mum?" Elizabeth asked her daughter while smiling and pointing to her chest.

"I would appreciate it if you had knocked beforehand."

"I should have knocked beforehand," Elizabeth admitted, her voice tinged with regret. "It seems I'll have to remember to knock before entering my daughter's room from now on. That's a little unfortunate."

"mum, am a big girl now," she said with her cheeks puffed out
