When Lux and Emily finally reach th the Alioth school of magic the encounter Emperial lady Lucia in her office as she is just looking out of the window. Lux and Emily walk in then she turns her chair and put her hands to rest on the table and supporther chin. Emily says that she has brought Lux over from the Dryads' forest. Lady Lucia thanks her and tells her to leave because, she wants to have a private conversation with Lux.
Emily leaves and closes the door then, Lady Lucia askes Lux where he came from and who he was. Lux said that he is a traveller that ended up Lost in the forest where Emily helped him escape some ferocious beasts that caught and trapped him. She then asked him which kingdom did he come from. He stammered and said that he came from the kingdom of earth. Lady Lucia had suspicions so she said that earth does not Exist. Lux said that it is a very unknown and place that is why she doesn't know it.
Before Lady Lucia can finish Lady fredja came in and told Lux to follow her. Lux was then dragged and take to her office where she said that he should not worry about she is just a little pushy. She then told Lux that the place he is in is known as The Alioth school of magic and he is going to be enrolled as a student on scholarship for 2 years to Learn Magic. She then said that he is also going to be put under the supervision of Emily. He then asks how she know about him. She said that is a story for another day. but what he needs to know now is that there are 5 Emperial ladies which are :
1. Lady Fredja
2. Lady Lucia
3. Lady Godfrey
4. Lady Mitlan
5. Lady Dolcia
She then told him that he should keep a low profile and not get into trouble. She then told him that they will talk later then called Emily into the room and told her that from today onward Lux will be under her watch and care. Emily then nodded and Lady fredja told her to take.

On the hallway Emily cornered Lux and asked him who he was and why Lady Lucia would request for him. He said that he is just a typical person and had no special qualities or attributes. She was suspicious of him but, still took him to class.
Emily entered the class first and went to sit down. Lux on the other hand did not know where to sit. The teacher called him to the center of the class to introduce himself. Lux stared at the eyes of those who resembled dark shadowy figures. In his mind he then began to fantasise them gossiping about him. The voices grew Louder and Louder until, His teacher snap him out of it. He then said that his name is Lux Dreamfield and he is going to be a student from then onwards.
The teacher Miss Bellen said that he is welcome and that he should go and sit beside Emily. Lux went to sit down just before miss Bellen started the class.
So in this class they were teaching about magical fields which are attributed to the brand of magic one possesses. She said that there are 6 main fields namely:
1. Hunter
2. Tamer
3. Elementerist
4. Summoner
5. Necromancer
6. Other
Just then a student raised their hand and asked about the last field which was Other. Miss Bellen said that Other is a field possessed by 0.0001% of the population and is when your field doesn't fall under the rest of the five listed. She that it is Unique to every individual what their other does. Miss Bellen then brought out a magical pen that when written with can only write down your field.
She then demonstrates by holding it and writing down her field on the paper which is that of a Tamer. The other students come and each of them are presented with a paper with their names already printed on it. Everyone begins to write their fields beside their names. The last person to try it was Lux but Lux's name was not on the paper. The teacher then flipped the paper and wrote his name on it. Lux then grabbed the pen and set it on the paper and on a very hesitant motion he wrote the letters "T.H.E.S.C.O"
Lux then Looked at it and asked the teacher whether it was some kind of rare fields because, he had never heard of it before. The teacher then dismissed class in an unbelieving manner. The class was confused but, it meant they could get dismissed early. Meanwhile miss Bellen was in the library search for a particular book then she found it and slowly Pulled it out as it had a lot of weight behind it. She then dropped it on the table and began flipping the pages until, she landed on a page that had a picture of a man whom had the field T.H.E.S.C.O just like Lux.
The book had a lot of writing in an ancient Language but, she read out the words "Anyone who possesses the sacred THESCO might be the descendant of Eiro the God of all magic. She then said that she might know Lux but, she Knows that he is a force to be reckoned with and if he takes the path of evil he could destroy everything.
