After a grueling day of searching and visiting every possible place Mr. Lee could have been, there was still no sign of him anywhere. Mrs. Lee felt her heart sink with each passing hour. She was mentally and emotionally drained, her mind racing with worry and fear.
Desperate for support, Mrs. Lee dialed her daughter's number, who was living in another country. Her voice trembled as she recounted the events and her futile attempts to reach her husband.
"Chloe, I've tried everything. I've called your father repeatedly, and even reached out to his PA, but no one knows where he could be. I'm overwhelmed with a headache, and the uncertainty is tearing me apart. Why won't your father at least call and let us know if he's okay? I can't shake off this feeling that something is terribly wrong," Mrs. Lee poured out her anguish.
